My AC external fan and compressor went out. I called at 11:00 am and needed to schedule someone to come out right away since it had been in the triple digits. Hush Air was able to get someone out by 2:30, which I was really impressed with. Darren showed up and found that our capacitor didn’t have enough amperage. He was able to replace it right away. Darren was very polite and thorough by explaining what the tests he was conducting were and what the results and/error codes meant. Very happy with this level of prompt and good service. My AC blower was intermittently shutting off and would not come back on unless I kept it turned off for several hours. This happened during a very hot week. After several days of my AC working and then not working, I called Hush air. With it being a Thursday, I was not optimistic that they would be able to send a service tech out before the weekend. However, they managed to get a tech out Friday afternoon and fixed the problem. I had a clogged drain pipe that was triggering an off switch to the blower. After Brian, the service tech cleared the drain pipe, the AC was operating normally again. I was thankful they were able to send out a tech so quickly. The service was great and professional.

Hush Air is wonderful! Our heater would not come on and they came out the same day. Brian determined we needed a new thermostat. He installed it in no time & went over how to use it. What a nice upgrade from our previous one. It actually looks really nice and now we have a warm house. Hush Air helped us in the summer with our AC unit as well. They are the best and Kim was super nice to deal with when I called.

Hush Air installed a Trane at my house in 2015 and I have been with them since.

It is never fun to replace major systems in your home. Hush air makes the process as painless as possible. With a zero pressure sales team that are extremely knowledgable and are great at providing what you need, and not what makes them the most money. This coupled with great service and installation personnel and the best equipment brand available, made what could become a nightmare, a great experience.

I have used Hush before and they are outstanding. I appreciated the customer service, Kim, who is very knowledgeable of the services they offer, was able to understand my service needs and informed me that I could be serviced today. She checked with techs in the field & called me back within 30 minutes with appointment time. The tech, Brian called before arriving and was early yet he still asked if that was convenient for me. This on a Friday too. He did the repairs, explained everything and tested the appliance I would highly recommend them for AC and Furnace work. When I upgrade my systems at my home I will hire Hush Air.
