I highly recommend Gibson heating and air to service your unit. Ki ki the service technician explained everything to me in the simplest terms both on the unit and pricing. He was very professional, courteous,and answered all my questions.

The initial diagnostic was less expensive than a competitor’s. Kiki was polite, friendly, cleaned up after himself and was very knowledgeable! Even after the ac seemed to be working, he checked to see what the output was. He discovered a faulty...something and changed that part. Then he came back and measured the output again. In other words, he was very thorough! Thank you for saving me from the heat!

They came out to my house today, said I needed a new part and a new filter 316. later my house is still over 80^ at 12:15 AM. My dogs and I are roasting & it is toohot to sleep. What Irks me even more is whenI first called they had NO idea when someone could come out; but it wouldn't be that that it would be the following day sometime (which is today). I said no I work full time I need a time or a time frame, I can't just take off work. The gal got snippy with me and said she would call back...Which she never did! Then they just showed u at my house this morning!! Well when I ever heard back from them the day before I called someone my neighbors all highly recommended, so I made other arrangements and they were cheaper and they deducted the diagnostic fee off the services if they did any work. Gibson does not!! So the guy from Gibson came out today, when I was not home, only my son, 16 was... apparently did some work, yet we still don't have a cool house, as I said it is 80 in here. I called them back saying they needed to get someone back out, they sent the same guy and still a hot house. The man that came out was quite rude to my son demanding to know how he would pay for the services... Just a very UN-Professional business & I don't feel they did there job, we asked if I was low on freon or if it was leaking, he said he didn't know...that was more money... So basically my 90. didn't cover squat. I feel totally scammed and I am still sweating. I do not recommend this company at all!

Called Gibson for service on my air conditioner. The gal who took the call needs to brush up on a little customer service as she seemed far more interested in telling me what the service call fee was and that payment was expected at the time of service...seemed like whatever was wrong with my unit was far less of interest to this company then making sure they get paid....obviously as a consumer I expect there is a fee for anyone offering their services!!....it was just a major tun off and came across a greedy in the call. I opted not to use Gibson for my air conditioning repair as I phoned a different company ( 5 star on google search) after hanging up with them and feeling uneasy, this other company was happy to come right out and I did't get the third degree about payment.

From the first contact with Rob to completion by the technicians it was a great experience I highly recommend Gibson for any heating and A/C needs you have. Very professional and the do not try to over sale you.
