My husband and I are some of the more fortunate homeowners affected by the Carr Fire.. Our subdivision was hit hard. Our home is still standing. After the fire our insurance adjuster advised us to do quite a bit a work in our attic and AC/Heat unit due to the smoke damage and after talking to multiply business's we decided to use Gallagher's. We have to tell you the five employees we dealt with from Gallagher's were fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable on the workings of our unit and duct systems. All our questions were answered wherein a layman could understand. They arrived within the window of time provided by them and completed the various jobs in a timely manner. Cleaned up before leaving. All of these young men were very polite and each of them took the time to answer any question we had. Thank you to Luke, Justin and the great three young men who worked on our duct system.
Shamrock member for over 15-years...realized after trying to obtain rebate that our hotwater heater did not qualify and not the equipment we were sold. Overcharged by thousands of dollars. Salesman flat out lied to us. Gallagher sent supervisors to hear out our complaints and resolved our complaint as best they could. They claim to have fired salesman and supervisors. I have heard the same exact story about fraud from three others. Their service techs and installers are good people and skilled. Do your research before using them.
Can’t even install a GFI correctly smh I don’t know how they got my AC unit in definitely will be calling the city inspector to let them know that it will not pass their inspection 0/5 stars
Everytime they do some basic work for my 74 year old mom they recommend huge expenses. These guys prey on the week. None have been been needed since either. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. Total scam artest.

GET A SECOND OPINION
They quoted $3,000 for a new AC compressor, but recommended spending $7,000-$10,000 on a whole new unit (current AC is ten years old).
Called a second opinion who said the compressor was fine and quickly diagnosed a frayed wire and bad switch -- a $150 fix...
