Bob Moon Heating & Air Conditioning

Many years ago I ordered a heating element for my Payne heat pump unit. When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day. I am very pleased with his honesty and repair knowledge.

Bob is a genius. He is the only one in town who can work on my radiant floor heat boiler. He has gone out of his way on a number of occasions to make repairs when I had guests in the rental, so they had heat. He is professional and kind. I will always recommend Bob!

Hard to make an appointment with, but worth the wait.
