Manny was amazing! He took the time to listen to me and make recommendations that made the most sense for us. Not only is he good at what he does, he is very friendly, I wanted to invite him to dinner!

I had used another company for so long and decided to look around for another hat and between the 4 calls I made I can say the gentleman that answered the phone dakota i believe was his name he was so kind and explained every question i asked i had him on the telephone for at least 15 minutes and did not feel rushed or pressured! If the repairmen are this compassionate i will stay with this company!

The younh man, sorry I forgot his name, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and respectful of the old guy. He explained everything he checked, condition of said equipment, and working order as checked and operated

We had a great experience with this company. Ryan was able to help us figure out what we needed for our home and Jeremy, Daniel and Anthony did a great job on the install. They were all very courteous and professional. We picked a 2 stage AC/Furnace unit and it's very energy efficient. It has mostly been able to run on the stage 1 the entire summer which has really saved a lot of money on our energy bill.

Great service! Can safely say that HVAC is not my forte , but Ki Ki was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took time to thoroughly explain all of the issues that I did not understand and made me feel confident about the work that needed to be completed. Good to know that we will be warm in our home this winter and cool again next summer. I would highly recommend Gibson to my friends and neighbors.

Their twice a year maintenance plan is amazing and affordable. Kiki was our service technician for our summer maintenance and again for our winter maintenance. He is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does! The office staff is great with calling to schedule service appointments and making sure to notify you the day of that the service technician is on their way.

Gibson just completed a complete upgrade on our HVAC system, including a new high efficiency A/C and heater, duct replacement, whole house fan installation and insulation upgrade to R-38. We couldn't be happier. From beginning to end, the Gibson team was professional, helpful and friendly. Our options were explained thoroughly and their staff went out of their way to help resolve home warranty questions. The installation crew was not only efficient in their work, and careful with our home, they were a pleasure to have in the house. After the install was complete, staff visited again to make sure all was well, and as a finishing touch, provided substantial assistance with utility rebate paperwork, as well as a bound package of all the installation and user manuals. Based on this and earlier maintenance work done for us by them, I am happy to recommend Gibson to anyone.
