It's a great small, family owned business for over 40 years! I've been working here since the new year, and I love it. I'm learning a lot, and the people I work with here are good people who work hard and strive daily to make customers' lives more comfortable. There's a lot of HVAC companies to choose from in town, but Gibson is very reliable and steadfast :)

Once again Gibson has more than earned our trust. They previously had serviced our personal residence and this time our commercial building that is pending sale. Our buyer had an inspection done by Brand X, who said one of our units needed to be replaced (at a very costly sum). We didn’t agree, and Gibson inspected. . .long story short, the units were older, but functioning properly and needed some TLC maintenance and now they are ready to freeze out the new occupants this summer. Thanks Rob and Kiki (sp). Job well done! !

After many problems since our unit was replaced the guys are always great about gettin here and fixing the issue of new unit in a old home. Ki ki came this last time with a great attitude to not be done with our issues until he resolved them to our liking and to the best the unit could provide. Ki ki explained everything to both my wife and I until we understood what was happening and what he done to correct it. Excellent attitude and professionalism along with great detail to our needs and time efficiency.

Price gouging at its finest.

Complained to office. Office said they would respond. They did not.

A week later they called and modified the charge. Give them two more stars for good customer service.

Wonderful people. Our install was seamless, such hard workers. Adam and Jason were very personable, respectful and professional. Office staff went above and beyond to help us also. Great company!

This was the best service call I have ever had. Leo, Will and Rob were on time and the job done in five hours. They had no problem answering all my questions and cleaned up after they were done. I will tell family and friends to give them a call for any problems they have.

The company and employees who performed the work were always professional, on time and mindful of the current COVID situation. They answered all of our questions and went over several options to help us find the right equipment and installation options for our home.
