The entire crew and office staff were so kind and extremely professional. Had a new evap cooler installed, job went so smooth. Techs were great. My original tech, KiKi was very through and explained problems with unit in a clear and concise way. Office staff is just amazing. I highly recommend Gibson’s!

Great, friendly service! Our air conditioner went out on Sunday. I called GIBSON Monday morning and they had it fixed by that afternoon. I could not of been more pleased. I also signed up for their great service plan for future savings. Sounds like it will be a great relationship. Our service guy, I’m pretty sure his name was Brandon, was very good and a great personality.

We just had our entire system, 4 units, replaced in our 2-story office building and were extremely impressed with the professionalism of Ryan and the techs/installers, especially Jeremy, Daniel & Jason. We barely even knew they were here through the whole process, with the interruption to our business being minimal. They worked extremely hard getting the equipment up and down the stairs, yet remained friendly and upbeat. We can't say enough good things, and highly recommend Gibson Heating & Air!

Hands down the best company ever. Our heating went out and called another company 4 times coming out they still couldn't figure it out. Called Gibson heat and air they sent a tech right away same day. Kiki came out and found it within 5 minutes of being here. Fixed our unit with exceptional customer service and got the job done right. Would recommend them to anyone in town. Great job guys

We replaced our old AC/Furnace system and GIbson had the lowest estimate. However, their installation crew and units installed were TOP QUALITY! We are very pleased with the Bryant AC units they installed and very impressed with the integrity of the installation crew. Can't say enough good about the gentlemen who did the work in our home. Gibson Heating & Air has been amazing to work with. I purchased a new unit at my home 10/2018 and it has been running seamlessly ever since. I also love the new thermostat which is wifi connected to run from my phone. The guys are professional and friendly and their pricing is really fair. We got financing with 0%!!! I also had KiKi from Gibson recently service my office unit and he was very thorough and checked all possible issues which could be causing the unit to quit running. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Gibson Heating & Air for your home or office needs.

I am happy to recommend Gibson Heating & Air. They were efficient, polite, and thoughtful throughout the whole process of removing and replacing the old AC...and the old ducting. Jason and each member of his crew were great. I did get several comparison bids and I chose them because their bid was clearly defined and fairly priced.
