Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning

Being a homeowner it seems as if there is always something that needs repaired, replaced, or maintenance done. Super thankful for Mike making it not so dreadful. He has literally been only a phone call away at times and has been very responsive and personable. It has never felt like I was just another customer. This is why I like supporting small business like this so much! AIR PRO'S magnet has been stuck to my fridge since the first time needing service and as long as he's in business, he has my business!

Our air conditioning unit went down and the very next morning I called Air Pro, recommended by my father who has previously used his services. Mike answered and got out to my residence within a few hours to inspect my issue. Confirmed the compressor was bad within minutes and fixed it quickly! Living in a house with 3 children, 4 dogs, and 1 cat, it was IMPERATIVE getting our AC fixed quickly with the Redding Heat! Highly recommend his services. THANK YOU MICHAEL KRANZ!!!

Mike is phenomenal!! I called him today and he was here within the hour to fix our AC, knew exactly what he was looking for, extremely knowledgeable, fast, and all in all top quality! I cannot recommend him enough. With our summer temperatures, your AC going out is never something you want to happen. But when it goes, you’re so grateful for a company like Air Pro to come fix it. I called Air Pro today after our Air conditioning stopped working. Mike answered, he asked me a few questions and said he would be over in an hour. This was after 5pm on a hot day and he spent the next hour working on my older system. He took the time to explain the problem and our options. It is an older unit, and he explained the resolution was a temporary solution, but he would do whatever he could to get us going. Mike was professional, friendly, prompt, and helpful. The price was reasonable and great considering the call was after 5pm. He got me in within an hour, where other places would not look at it until the next week unless we were willing to pay for after hours rate two days later. I would highly recommend Air Pro to anyone, Mike will be my first call moving forward.

Mike came to our rescue very quickly when our dog chewed our AC wires and our AC would not work. He was very quick to respond, professional, completed the job within an hour and was very affordable. He is very knowledgeable with HVAC. When I need service again I will be calling Air Pro!

I cannot recommend Air Pro highly enough. My A/C went out on Friday morning on the hottest day yet, when my family was here, too, as evacuees from the McKinney fire. We were melting!
My wonderful landlord called 10 businesses, but Air Pro was the only one who would come out right away.
And Mike was outstanding. The HVAC here is on the roof, and Mike still took the time to determine all the issues, and fix them. For example, the capacitor would have gone out soon since it wasn't working as it should, and he replaced it, too, for a minimal fee.
I felt terrible when he got off the extreme heat of the roof - he looked as wet as if he'd been in the rain. But he was delighted to fix our HVAC, and we were so grateful!
Mike has outstanding customer service. I recommend him and Air Pro most highly!

Mike called us back immediately, showed up when he said he would and was very personable. He explained exactly what had happened to our A/C unit so we knew what we were paying for. He had the A/C repaired in less than 2 hours and he had to cut, weld, splice, and then recharge the unit. We are very thankful for the quick response!

Saved us, same day in the middle of summer!!! Called at 8am today, returned my call promptly came by later the same day and had the ac repaired within a couple hours. Mike is a great guy! Same day service, honest, fair. I will be calling him for any future ac service

My AC unit died early this morning and when I called Air Pro up Mike was right on it came out super fast and got my AC working again. I was super thankful because the other companies I was trying to contact were a few days to week out so I cant thank Mike enough for the quick response and fast repair.
