Matt was a wonderful tech. He went above and beyond. Cleaned up and went and got me extra filters and brought them back.

Spent the time needed to diagnose and did a complete test. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Will use them again.

When the air conditioner quit working on a rental I own, I contacted 4 HVAC companies to submit a proposal for replacement. My previous HVAC service company couldn't give me bid because they were busy on a large project and wouldn't be able to perform an installation until 3 months out. Companies 2 & 3 were identified from a manufacturer website, one never responded, the other came over and asked "Do you want this done with permits?" This question raised red flags and it turned out that company 3 wasn't licensed or insured.
Now, let me talk about Gibson; Rob the estimator came over the same day I called, submitted a proposal, loaned my tenant's several portable ac units so they could stay comfortable, and orchestrated the timing of the installation with my tenant's. The installation was performed in a professional manner, all details were perfectly executed and it was completed in a much quicker time than I anticipated. Gibson exceeded my expectations in every way and I will be using them exclusively in the future.

Thank you Gibson for offering a service level that greatly exceeds what is common in most service industries in Shasta County, it is really refreshing!

Great job and kudos given to the crew from Gibson's heating and air. Rob, Jeremy and Alex arrived on time and methodically repaired and balanced out my whole house, after installing dampers and some new ducting in my home. They really know what they're doing if you have cold or hot rooms in your home! Highly recommend Rob and his crew! Keep up the great work!
