took 2 different appts to finally declare my dishwasher was beyond help. They were brought in by a case manager after Sears gave up.after 5 trips of diagnostics and repairs of various parts. Appreciated that they were glad tooblihe when asked to wear shoe covers to protect my floors. Friendly and courteous.

Wow, after waiting for “parts” with another company for several months the guy came in and opened up the fridge for the diagnosis which took less than 30 minutes, most of which was just disassembling the freezer door.

So a few minutes later he removed a frozen up fan, ran some warm water over it and it was fixed! He also removed all the built up ice and dried it all out. This was after being quoted $1300 for a main system board we never needed from their competitor. So we were quite pleased with the fast diagnosis, and the effective repair that followed.

We called Galaxy at 10:30pm the night our AC went out - it was a 100 degree day and the next day was slated to be 105 degrees. They answered and were able to schedule us an appointment for the next day at 11am. The repairman showed up the next day on time, and was able to fix our AC unit within 10 minutes. He even went back to the office to get an additional part so we wouldn't need to replace ours in the next year. AC was back on and working by 12pm. Highly recommend!

During the last year, our kitchen here in the East Bay has required a lot of love. Our stove, refrigerator/ice maker and, most recently, dishwasher, have all gone on the fritz in a variety of ways. I called Galaxy, based on their rave reviews, and now I understand all the praise.

They are impeccable. Their team is polite, communicative, and precise. They know exactly what they are doing and how to solve the problem at hand. They arrived on time every time for their many service calls. Their work was done quietly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. I am pleased with how well each appliance has worked since being repaired, the cost of the services, and how knowledgeable each repairman is. They leave everything clean, wear cloth shoe covers and masks while inside the house. The financial transaction is contactless and invoices are sent by email. I just don't see how they could do a better job.

Between our home and our tenants' unit, we have a lot of appliances that sometimes need fixing. Galaxy is very professional and prompt - the technicians seem knowledgeable and go the extra mile to get things working while trying to save us unnecessary expenses. They are very honest when something is not worth repairing and guarantee their work. I highly recommend them!

Sam is extremely knowledgeable, always comes prepared with spare parts and has great problem solving skills. He has always been able to repair our multiple kitchen appliances over the years. We are able to get prompt appointments and the customer service is top notch. We have recommended this company to many friends and everyone has been very satisfied!

Very happy with the service. Used these guys twice - for washer and dryer. Good service, not cheap, but I learned that you get what you pay for and their work is worth it. Both times I diagnosed the problem myself, got the parts and had them do the repair. They charged labor only. If I did not have parts, they would come to out to diagnose, and since they don't stock parts, they would order the parts and come back to do repair once they receive the part. So being ready with the parts works out the best.

Again, service is prompt, very professional and superb.

Our freezer stopped its cooling function so we needed to get it fixed. Fortunately, Joe the technician from Galaxy was able to repair the freezer to perform its main function. He came back the following week with a temperature regulator part that had to be ordered and so everything is working fine. I would recommend the company.
