BigAir came recommended from neighbors, and I was super happy with James who came out and did the assessment and gave me a quote.

The workers were friendly and helpful. There was a small miscommunication that I did not notice until the next day, but they came out again and resolved it perfectly.

In short, they installed in one day, was very concerned about making us happy, and stood by their work.

Very easy to give them 5 star rating.

In the photo, the metal cover and the condensation drain will disappear with a coat of grey paint. They even re-hung tenants art work.

In mid-June my wife and I selected Big Air Heating and Air Conditioning to install an Air Conditioner and new Furnace. We made our selection based on their reviews. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. June 30 a crew of four showed up: Hector, Patrick, Andrew and Alex S. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, polite, courteous and respectful. They nailed the install and everything was good. See the results of their install, the lines thru the inside of the garage (my man cave). As I live in the man cave, I could not handle the black 3 and 1/2" line exposed. It was driving me up a wall, I could not sleep worrying about it and how it looked. The next morning I called Big Air and talked with my sales representative Tim. I told Tim how I felt about the line and I wished I had it run thru the attic. Tim said go enjoy your vacation, when you get back we'll re-run the line and it won't cost you thousands of dollars. Tim made good his word, discussed with management and promised a re-run of the line. August 1 Patrick returned with Alex Z. Again, they were on time, polite, courteous and respectful. They did EXACTLY what I wanted to PERFECTION, no questions asked. Patrick and Alex were AWESOME, you would be lucky and grateful if they showed up at your job. Amazing service, great communication at an honest price. They bailed me out with an emergency mini split install when an old furnace failed. Did a great job fast. Will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Showed up early or on time to ever appointment. Gave me an accurate and fairly priced estimate. Completed the HVAC system replacement, including the bad duct work the day after I got the estimate. The team was professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Wonderful experience from start (estimate) to finish (install)! Matt (our estimator arrived when he said he would; took our calls to answer our multitude of logistical questions; and worked with us to address particular issues (one room was ALWAYS hot during the summer no matter how long we ran our ACs). Then, install day arrived and Hector and Ernesto arrived right on time. They were the kindest; most thorough; conscientious workers both full days it took to do the job! We have two furnaces and two ACs and were updating to new equipment; and correcting some duct issues; adding a return and a new floor register; etc. It was a monumental job (to us) and a bit overwhelming but, Hector and Ernesto made us feel comfortable with the process and kept us apprised about what was happening and when (before they tackled another task). Early the second day, a third guy, Patrick, arrived to devote hours to the two ACs while Hector and Ernesto finalized the furnaces; and began dealing with the attic and crawl space ducting. Then, the last few hours of the job, 3 more guys (Mike was one of them but, I didn't get to meet the other two) arrived to assist with sealing all our floor vents properly; sealing our returns; helping finalize the ACs etc....and magically, it was DONE! They left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived, too! Truly a quality job and experience. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and these people to anyone in need of quality HVAC work.

I had initially a setback with this company because of a misdiagnosed issue. They ended up correcting the issue and shouldering the cost as a result which we certainly appreciated. The service tech Evan went out of his way to find a rare part, went to get the part and put us back on track same day. I would use this service again.

From the start, the Big Air team was professional, they understood our needs, made recommendations and the costs were affordable and reasonable. We had two systems installed and both installations were stellar. I can't say enough about the outstanding installation team. They were a joy to work with and we would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC installations and service.

In 2019 I hired Big Air to install and HVAC system at my house. The experience was less than pleasant but I got the reference from my parents who used them 15 years ago and have not had any issues. I wrote it off as just a bad experience and was thankful for having AC. Today I hired them to do a check up and the tech Zachary was telling m I had problems with my unit and it would cost me an additional 600 to fix. I told him to complete the tune up and I’ll call the main office to verify my warranty. After three attempts the General Manager James called me back and commenced to tell a completely different story told to him by his tech than what actually happened. At least he said it would only cost ke an additional 1200 to fix. The warranty means nothing to this company and guaranteeing their work is not on their list of things to do. Unless you don’t mind spending 16,000 for a unit and future charges to fix what they installed incorrectly I would avoid this business. If you do choose to do business with them. Good luck.

True professionals, dependable, knowledgable and reasonably priced. I gifted my family a new HVAC system for Christmas but I live out of state. I looked on line, read reviews and a couple companies, Big Air included, had good reviews. I then asked a friend who lives in the area for a recommendation and coincidentally they recommended Big Air. So I called them. Super responsive. They were able to get out to the house the next day, give me an estimate and very promptly installed the entire system. Not only that, they were able to coordinate the asbestos abatement that was needed before install. Huge help to me. The follow-up has also been amazing. Honestly, I was dreading managing this project from out of state BUT Big Air made it so easy and communicated with me at each step. We will use them for all maintenance and repairs in the future.

I initially called for an AC maintenance. During the maintenance, Zachary discovered a few issues (corrosion, dirty fan, etc.).

Zachary went above and beyond to resolve my A/C issues. He was very professional, trustworthy and thorough. Thank you Big Air for a wonderful experience. It’s hard to find good folks these days.
