Excellent customer service! Called team out to repair dryer - they made it spin, but it still didn’t heat when they left. Came back and fixed it at no charge, super apologetic. Our dishwasher happened to break in the time between the two dryer visits - they told us it was dead for good, so they charged us only half of the diagnostic cost (not sure if it was also a make good for having to come back a second time for the dryer, but we were grateful!) Will definitely be using this company again in the future!

I had the pleasure of having Alan come to my
home he was on time and did the job Swiftly. He replaced a old
capacitor and a motor on my air conditioner in minutes now my whole house is nice and cool.
I felt comfortable and he was very professional.
I will be using Swift Appliance Repair Service in the
future for upgrades on my system!

I had Galaxy Appliance repair a leaking washing machine and a Viking Cook top fan. In both instances they correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The installation was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They were very prompt and on time to diagnose and fix the issues. I highly recommend Galaxy Appliance.

Their service is great. Let me tell you a story, so the other day my air conditioner in my house broke, and then i was like what can i do. I gave these people a call and they responded in a timely fashion and gave me a quote quickly. After that they came by and fixed it quickly and professionally.To conclude their work they offered me a discount. This service was great.

Really good service for a fair price.

I had a problem with my dishwasher. Called these guys up based on yelp reviews. They came 15 minutes into the 2 hour window they gave me, diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it even faster. But the best things about them are 1) I didn't feel ripped off, and 2) they didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing how to resolve it myself.

Excellent service from this company I highly recommended it to all I across a lot of issues regarding my baking gas oven and gave this company a call. They showed up pretty promptly afterwards and gave me a great quote. Ali my technician was fantastic, he fixed all the problems with door switches . Now everything is running perfect. So I’m definitely giving 5 stars!
