Hi-5 Appliance Repair

We have been having a hard time looking for quality appliance vendor to dispatch our work orders to, not until we get connected to Hi-5 Appliance Repair. They respond to work orders well and what I love the most is their proactiveness and effective scheduling. They are indeed professional and they do quality work! I highly recommend them.

Steve is a gem!!! He came on time, professional, smart, savvy and saved us! He came to fix our fridge, saw that we should have it under warranty and recommended that we call Electrolux to fix it since it would be a pretty penny to fix himself. Also, he assured us that this should not happen to our less than 5 year old fridge. However, if the warranty does not cover (which i’ll find out tomorrow), I’ll be calling him back to have him fix it. Second, as he was on his way out, i asked him about my gas range because the left front top would not start, i’ve been managing without it since I have a 48’’ range. He looked it and fixed it. Then he reminded me that i said something about the griddle having problems. He looked at it, recalibrated it and it FINALLY worked after having worked only 1 time in 5 years. He is just salt of the earth, goodness in humanity. I would bring him back in a heartbeat for anything else in my house. Hi-5 is 10 stars!

I called to arrange for them to come out and repair our washing machine. When I told him the error code, he said I could easily fix it myself and explained how to do it. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help out a customer without making money off of it. Not all companies would do that!

Steven did a great job, did up front research to understand which parts to bring and then very efficiently fixed our refrigerator water dispenser. Would definitely refer and use again.

I called these guys on Monday evening when I noticed that the food in my KitchenAid fridge started spoiling. It was kind of emergency for me because we don't have an additional refrigerator. Lucky me, they had a slot available for the same day. Technician (Steve) called me with ETA and arrived right on time. He was professional, polite and knew what he's doing. He found the airflow problem in my fridge section (I took a picture) and told me the estimate which I approved. Steve defrosted my fridge section same day as a temporary fix until he's waiting for the part and saved my food. He ordered the part and came back in couple days to finally fix it. Now the refrigerator is working like a new one. Thank you guys for your great service! A+

Called on Monday and he returned call and made an appt. for Thursday. Kept me informed of arrival time. An 18 yr. Old Viking fridge, so expected the worse. Steve was great, told us the problem and fixed it. Also, very tidy. 5.0 stars +.

Steve with Hi-Five Repair went above and beyond to assist us with our repair. We bought 2 new Samsung Wine Refrigerators almost 2 years ago. While they both ‘refrigerate’ properly the electronic read out went out on the then the other in the first year. We contacted Samsung only to find they were not supporting that model yet with replacement parts. I’m sure Covid did not help. Months later I contacted Hi-Five (only repair company that would work on the Samsung) and he said he could find one but not both of the parts we needed.I said we would wait until her could get both and repair at the same time. He called me a month later to say he had been checking and found the 2 parts. He came on time, did the repair quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. Could not be happier with our repair. Thanks Hi-5 and Steve. Will use you again!

Steve was so kind & knowledgeable. He talked me through how to troubleshoot a problem with our dishwasher over the phone & I was able to fix it without needing him to make a service visit. We’re so appreciative and will definitely reach out to him again if our appliances go on the fritz.
