Called in cause my fridge broke down on 4th of July morning. They were able to come in next day at the scheduled time. Did a great job diagnosing and fixing the fridge. Quick trip to their shop for a fan motor that had gone bad and the fridge was back on and running within 2 hours. Great service! Highly recommended! Igor did my service and knew what he was doing.

From calling to make an appointment to service the company was amazing! Kevin came out and diagnosed and had it fixed the next day.He was super kind and explained everything that needed to be done and all around had an upbeat attitude! Will absolutely use Chill Hvac again!! 😎

I had an amazing experience with Chill HVAC and Refrigeration! Our refrigerator broke down unexpectedly, but their exceptional service saved the day. I called them after hours the night before and they promptly arrived at my house early the next morning. Within just a hour or two, they had our refrigerator up and running again, impressively efficient!

What impressed me even more was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they fix the main issue, but they also cleaned our coils for free in order to ensure optimal performance. The technician who came was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, patient and responsive. I felt comfortable trusting him with the repair, and his professionalism was top-notch.

When it turned out that a part needed to be replaced, he wasted no time. He promptly ordered the required part and returned the same day to complete the repair. After dealing with other appliance repair companies recently, the speed at which Chill HVAC resolved the problem was truly amazing.

I contacted Chill HVAC and Refrigeration to help fix our refrigerator/freezer unit since the temperature inside kept rising. The technician (David) came by within an hour of my call in the morning and found the root cause being the old compressor. He was so kind he came back later in the afternoon (per our request) the same day with the new part and stayed until 10pm to have it fixed. We were so desperate to have the fridge fixed as soon as possible and they made all the arrangements to make it happen. I highly highly recommend this company. David was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely contact them in future if needed.
