The service truck had all the parts needed to repair my refridgerator on the spot. My repair man Kevin explained things well and and was very nice.

Service came out same day I requested inspection for my refrigerator repair. David was fast and professional, and got to the root of the issues quickly. Would recommend.

Kevin was our technician. Our GE refrigerator had completely stopped working . A technician from GE had come out earlier in the week and basically told us that we needed a brand new refrigerator. Kevin was able to diagnose the problem, provide a reasonable quote, get us on the calendar within days and repaired our refrigerator, saving us thousands of dollars. Could not be happier.
