WAVE Appliance & HVAC repair

I called Wave today and was able to get an appointment in the early evening.

Chris was responsive and kept me updated on his arrival time - and he arrived right on time.

He inspected the dryer and made a quick assessment which consisted of a thorough cleaning of the mechanical parts and some lubricant. He quoted me the price and told me he was sure he could fix the problem right then and there.

I went to check on him after 20-30 minutes and he showed me a pulley that he replaced. He said it was better to replace it now. He didn’t charge me for the part, and told me it was included in the initial estimate.

Chris is honest, efficient, and quick. He is my new appliance repairman.

Next day service. Tech (Chris) was great. Easily identified the problem. He came back a few hours later with the part. Easy. No drama. Calling Wave was a good move. I’ll be using them in the future for all my appliance and HVAC needs. THANK YOU!

This place is really great! I live in Crockett and I've had some bad luck hiring people to work on my appliances. I was sure that I was going to have to replace my washing machine but they sent a guy out the same day and he fixed it no problem. They are the real deal and know what they are doing.
