Steve was awesome!! He fixed my fridge and saved me from buying a new one. He also converted my stove from natural gas to Propain. He has great customer service, always on time, responds to messages, and very polite. I highly recommend him for your next repair.

Fixed my oven on the spot and was done in less than an hour! He showed up at the beginning of the window and was very clean, quiet, and professional while fixing.

I was amazed at how quickly Steve was able to diagnose and fix my dryer. I called him at 4:30 pm, he was at my house at 7pm and had it fixed by 8 pm, yes, he came after regular business hours to get my dryer repaired. He is a true professional! I will absolutely call Hi-5 again, thank you Steve.

Wow, how many businesses do you find with 5.0 reviews? It is well-deserved. He was easy to contact, responsive by email, even on weekends. He showed up on time, works evenings if you prefer that. Was very thorough, explaining when he finds problems that you were not aware of. Suggests simple cheap fixes you can do yourself, rather than just suggesting you pay him more to do simple things. Very competent. Works methodically. And east to talk with. Quoted reasonable price up front. Highly recommend. (p.s. he replaced the rubber seal on a front loading washer).

I called Hi-5 Appliance Repair after my oven stopped working. They were able to send someone within HOURS! Steve was the technician that came out and he was super efficient and did an AWESOME job! He was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and even had the part in his van! So, I discovered the problem and had it fixed the SAME DAY!! I was very pleased with the sort out, needed part(s) acquisition, time of arrival, conduct of the necessary work, availabiliy and use of modern tools, and focus on the repairs. It was impressive and thorough.

Called this morning as had a washing machine leak, which is pretty much a disaster. Came out by 4pm. Not only fixed it but also fixed a couple of others bits that needed doing. Which all came to a cheaper price than a new washing machine. Very happy. Engineer was efficient and tidy. He has parts needed to finish on the spot so didn’t have to come back. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend. Hopefully don’t have to call back but if I do will be using them again.

The tech who came to fix my Whirlpool washer was great! He was on time, professional and seemed knowledgable about the brand and common issues with it. We were able to get our washer back up and running that same day. Definitely recommend to use their services.
