I called Swift appliance repair service late on a week night with an issue with my furnace and they send a technician. Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did not try to upsell me anything or tell me I needed more work on my furnace than I really needed. He also showed me how to fix a few potential issues on my own versus calling him back and spending more money. Lastly, he's a pretty funny guy. Prompt, honest service will make me a repeat customer if I should ever have any HVAC issues in the future.

My air conditioner broke down and the temperature inside the house rose to a balmy 89 degrees. It was one of those days in California. My two kids and wife weren't pleased. I called Greg who made time for me the very next day. Saw the problem immediately and diagnosed a malfunctioning converter motor. Greg checked the entire system and gave tips on how best to maintain a properly working AC system. He repaired and replaced the motor efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He is a very nice guy as well on top of the fact that he knows what he's doing. Thank you, Greg. My wife is talking to me again!
