Great experience from initial meeting through installation. Job included replacing existing HVAC system (dual systems) and new ducts. They were very professional, on time and finished ahead of initial quote.

Nima provided an HVAC consultation. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what needed to be done and described it in a manner that was educational for the consumer.

Dave provided an electrical consultation during which he demonstrated his considerable expertise and made suggestions concerning the number and placement of recessed lighting fixtures resulting in his earning my business. He later installed the fixtures and made upgrades to the switches and outlets. The result was a markedly improved living space. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Made appointment for RR Electric, Heating & Air to come out and service my AC unit. The first appointment they text me informing me that it was taking their Tech longer at a previous job and that they need to reschedule for the next day. The next day has come and gone with another text as follows “I am contacting you regarding your service request. Our technicians are going to be on services for the rest of the day; can we reschedule for either Thursday or friday” so once again I have wasted my time waiting for job that I will now look for another company to complete. I guess if your job is not big enough for them they think they can just keep rescheduling.

Rodrigo as well as Eli came back to my home to move forward with some recommendations he made at my previous appointment. Both Rodrigo and Eli were professional, friendly and a very positive attitude. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me pictures after the work was done. They were awesome!

Our RR Electric, Heating & Air service technician (Ryan Rogero) was great! He performed routine service on our RR installed system and offered insightful suggestions to prolong the life of our second system. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I do recommend RR for A/C installations and maintenance, and thank Ryan for an excellent job.

Chris was not only friendly but also did an excellent job explaining the details of the electrical issues in my kitchen. I highly recommend his friendly and informative service. Thank you, Chris!

David did a thoroughful inspection first and found a problem with my electric panel ground. he checked my requested jobs and estimated the three jobs giving me three options. I chose the extent of what I wanted done. He did the job thoroughly and professionally. He went beyond what I expected. He did a beautiful job.

They did a complete rewiring and main panel upgrade on our house. Everyone there is amazing... From the people answering the phone to (both) Jose's and Armando and the entire electrical team (I'm fairly certain that all of them touched our house at some point), they are all courteous, professional, and they listened to our needs and requests. And the price they quoted us was very competitive. Would absolutely use them again. 100% recommended.
