Excellent representative of the company. Immediately figured out my problem and fixed.He’s was very courteous .

I had an annual inspection and they identified a leak in our system - gave me several options so that I didn't waste money paying for things I didn't need.

Very responsive to an alarm that was going off and was no longer in service that was blaring after the power was restored after the storm 2/24. Was able to deactivate without having to power down operations with clients in store

The job was done and the company is very professional. But the person they send was Rude from the start. Making comments like "That's what I asked you" for a 5 minute job he seemed inconvenience. I wasn't home during the job so I asked the people in the house where the job was being done and they also told me the guy was Rude.

I was also going ask for prices on a car charger and a doorbell camera but I'm not going to have a rude person in my house

Other then that the company itself are professionals. Just won't do business with them again

Jose was very communicative and very professional. He made sure to eliminate all possible causes of my inoperative heating system and provided several options to get it repaired. I would recommend this company and jose.

Brenden and Hunter came of within an hour of my call for help - all electricity was off - they figured it out in minutes and had it repaired at a really reasonable rate within just a few more minutes- they were courteous and open and honest in their communication- I would definitely recommend them!

David was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! He performed checks on our entire electrical panel and circuit breakers. He corrected our garbage disposal and now it works well.

We recently called RR for a heating and air conditioning service. RR was able to accommodate our schedule and send a technician over the same day. RR communicated with us as they located an available technician. They sent a text message with the details and a photo of the technician Nima who would be arriving shortly. Upon arrival Nima assessed the condition of our heating and air conditioner and thoroughly explained our options. We were very impressed by Nima’s knowledge and thoroughness in diagnosing the problem. The whole process and follow up by RR made this great experience. I will defiantly be calling RR and requesting Nima for work in the future.
