R & R electrical heating and air conditioning installed a new heating and a/c system in my condo. The technicians Danny and Joe were great .they were very knowledgeable and explained what and how they were going to proceed with the job. Also the job site was clean every night when they left. I was very impressed with all of the R R electrical personal by their friendly attitude and concern to ensure the quality of work . the coordination and communication of the work was excellent .

Great Crew! Showed up on time and began work. Removed old attic horizontal furnace and outside A/C Compressor and installed new Heat Pump/Compressor. Ran new electrical, relocated and installed new return air grill and ducting, relocated thermostat, and installed new duct grills. They worked clean, cleaned up thoroughly before they left, and were very pleasant and professional. I now have a completely new HVAC system that is quieter, more efficient, and safer. I highly recommend them.

Hector came out to evaluate our cooktop which was not working. After a lot of troubleshooting and speaking to other techs we determined the unit was too old to repair. Hector was very professional and courteous. Would use him again if we have another appliance issue

Ryan was on time polite and knowledgeable. After extensive review and testing of our 13 year old furnace he took the time to show us detailed photos of the areas of concern and explain the ramifications of each of the options available to us. In the end his recommendation was not do any extensive repairs at this time since the furnace is working properly. When I asked about duct cleaning he took the extra time to remove several of our vents to inspect the type of duct system we had in order to determine if it was compatible with the equipment they use for such a service. All and all it was a pleasurable and informative experience. Very happy with the companies response to my inquiry and Ryan whom they sent to provide the inspection service. - George Carr

RR Electric installed 3 ceiling fans. Tuom was the lead on the project and was kind, courteous, and very professional. The fans were all installed with new electrical runs, and the drywall damage (which was inevitable with this type of work) was as minimal as possible. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend!

David was cheerful, answered all my questions. He installed a Nest thermostat and pulled a new wire that was needed. Also installed a landscape timer. He cleaned up and vacuumed
. I would certainly use him again.

I had RR Electric switch out numerous power outlets and relocate an outlet housing box. Brendan and Hunter were extremely knowledgeable, professional and very amicable. Gave me honest advice on repairs and pro-actively gave me suggestions on improvements too. The work was top notch but what stood out was the positive and respectful attitude they displayed.
