I highly recommend RR! I needed to replace 4 light fixtures, one involving some work replacing a recessed light, and installing 7 dimmers. David did a fantastic job with everything, he was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient throughout. He was very careful working around my furniture, floors, and cleaned up the area after every job, and communicated with me to make sure everything was to my expectations, as well as clearly explaining the pricing (which was pretty reasonable for this level of professionalism and expertise). He even went out of his way to walk me through a quick safety check on my electric panel and help fix an existing light that wasn't working well.
There was a little bit of back and forth trying to get a date for the initial consultation, but every single time I called someone answered immediately and was very helpful. For both visits I received a follow up call, not every company takes the time to do this and you can tell they really care about the customer. Overall I had a great experience and will not hesitate to use them again!

I needed my heating ducts to be replaced and contacted RR Electric, Heating and Air. David and Roger were the assigned technicians to perform the work. They redesigned and installed new heating ducts, vents, and installed new sediment trap on my furnace. The quality of David and Roger's workmanship is outstanding. They did a fantastic job on the installation. They arrived on time, worked non-stop, were well prepared for the installation, courteous, and cleaned up after completing the work. As a result my heating system works great, the gas furnace runs great, and the air is clean. My house is very comfortable due to the outstanding work David and Roger did on my heating system. I will continue to use RR Electric, Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend David and Roger.

Dave and Nery did great work, and they worked a long time to make sure everything got done and got done right. Their work was impeccable. Dave installed lights in the kitchen ceiling, and everything was lined up perfectly and looked beautiful. Nery brought the garage outlets up to code, and his finished work was excellent. Dave was very good about explaining things to me in a way that made sense to me. Great work and great service. I have used R and R many times, and they are the best.

RR has been a great company to work with. They are responsive and communicate well and in timely manner. The team is professional and all the technicians we've worked with have been knowledgeable and courteous. David looked over our system and had good suggestions for future updates and realistic changes. I hope we can work with him again in the future.

My service guy Rodrigo Estrada did a wonderful job today on my A/C service call. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I have been using RR Electric Heating and Air for many years, but todays service by far topped the charts. I thought my old service guy was great, but WOW Rodrigo really proved today what a great service is really like. He literally rolled out a red carpet. He used covers for his shoes and laid out a carpet at the front door and attic access to keep the carpet clean. He even vacuumed the dust from my filter vents and rinsed and wiped down my A/C unit exterior dust. He was careful to close the doors and gates behind him so I didn’t have to worry about my fur babies getting out. Honestly I wasn’t going to keep using the company anymore, but I definitely will remain a customer as long as Rodrigo stays as my service guy.

Brendan and Jose were great today. Big thanks to them for their professionalism, and for working around my schedule, as well as, for getting the needed work done quickly. Also, a big thanks to them for walking me thru the issue, showing me the problem and giving me a series of options to remedy the problem. They were both eager to help me to understand clearly what was happening. RR Electric overall was a very good experience. Very responsive to my calls and questions. And helped to get the electricians scheduled quickly to address my issue. They also helped relay to the techs my time challenge. Thanks everyone.

My house heater went out on friday called a few companies most said they could set something up for this week . Called RR They came out that night and told us what was needed and gave us what i think was a good price. And told us they could have someone out on Monday to do the job. Really nice , did great work . Total professionalism, I would recommend RR .

The employee, Rodrigo Estrada who serviced my air conditioner and heater is an excellent employee. He thoroughly cleaned and replaced items in the outdoor unit which took him several hours of hard work. Not only his excellent work ethic but a personality which is kind, informative and professional Any company is very lucky to have him on their staff. I would like him to be the regular service person in the future.

Great team Brandon and Jose. They had a very clean and efficient work ethic. Excellent knowledge of the problem and very personable technicians.

The cap to the pipe for the heater came off and needed repair. He was here and fixed it in 10 minutes. He was very polite and friendly. Would definitely want him to return for future work.
