Two men showed up to install the air conditioner. They were very organized and clean. Answered questions quickly.

Half of the electricity in my house was suddenly shut down! The situation became even more urgent when I quickly deduced that the problem wasn't at the breaker box. However, I was relieved when RR Electric was able to send someone out the very next morning. Tuom did a great job checking the system quickly and determining that the issue was something SCE would have to fix. He went the extra mile and contacted SCE's trouble department for me and spoke to one of their dispatchers. Within two hours SCE came out and fixed the problem which was in the wiring up on the roof. It felt good to get all the lights back on; and because I'm a "Cool Club Member" with RR Electric, there was no charge! I usually never fill out these types of reviews, but I had such a good experience with RR Electric and Tuom, I just had to share.

They installed and set up a new HVAC system. Very professional and install went without a problem. They cleaned up after they were done. Very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I give them the highest recommendation. Followup - Technician Jaime came out to check my system, etc - he was clean, neat, friendly and very efficient. After checking and inspecting my system he had a few recommendations which he politely shared. I am still very impressed with this company.

R&R Electric is great.Currently doing kitchen remodel, Thom and Hunter intially came out and did the rewiring of our kitchen. We have used R & R for our bathroom remodel and we were extremely pleased with the work that was done, we called them back for the kitchen. Lead Electrician Thom is very professional polite and provided excellent customer service. Five Stars for R & R Electric and their technicians.
