David was excellent, on time and professional. He got the job done in the same day, had the parts available which was nice instead of having to wait weeks for it to come in. Good Customer service is so important and rare these days. I will definitely use David and RR electric again.

Our AC was making a loud buzz. Called RR Electric, and they promptly got us an appointment for the next day. They kept us informed of when the technician would arrive several times during the day. Ryan was great. He tested the system, found some wiring, and water flow issues. He flushed the pipe to the outside, replaced the tape, etc. He took time to explain everything, answered our questions. And although he didn't hear the buzzing, he didn't just dismiss the whole thing. Nice young man, very pleasant, hard-working. We signed up for the bi-annual service, and we definitely want him as our technician next time. Didn't hear the buzz again so far...🙂 however, he said if it returns, he would be back to do more tests. Very happy so far, to know there's no issue with pressure, etc.

We needed an electrician on a Friday around 2pm. I had called 9 other companies and most didn’t even answer the phone. From the moment I spoke with RR, their professionalism came shining through. I had a severe main panel repair request and RR was able to schedule a repair time for the next day(Saturday).

RR dispatch confirmed our time, a text and email was sent out with the technicians information and photo. Brenden arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain the process and made the repairs.

Techs showed up over an hour later than I was promised they would, prices are up substantially from the last time i used this company!! Technicians were nice and did a good job, but there are other vendors that I will be using as their prices are much more reasonable.

Juan and Alex are great installers. Very hard workers. Neat, clean and great personality. They represent RR at its very best.
I’ve had RR out 3 times since the original installation of my ac and furnace. Twice for routine cleaning and inspection a preventative maintenance service. The latest was when my furnace failed to turn on. Called RR at 8am they were here within a hour. Repaired and adjusted the furnace. More than satisfied with their professionalism and knowledge. The give 5 star service every time. Great company to do business with.

The 2nd service call was to check out the heating system. Ryan explained why the heat wasn’t blowing through the vents and he proceeded to do what was needed to get the heat flowing. Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what the problems were.
We enjoyed having this experience with Ryan again.
We will definitely use R&R Services again.

Alonzo, David, ryan, and their teams were great! Alonzo and his guys were able to come install our new heating system next day and were respectful, neat, and tidy! And David spent a whole day with us discussing electrical work we needed done, starting the projects, and finishing by the end of the day! We will definitely be using them again!

Gary was very professional and answered all of our questions. We have a unique situation with the layout of our house and he was willing to consider all possibilities for us to meet our needs. He was also very informative about the current laws and building codes.
