Response was quick.Damien came out to assess the situation and needed to call his supervisor who also arrived promptly...Explanations were clear regarding the required work.Damien scheduled his next visit with me to locate the leak with the proper equipment.Returned again for the repair with Aaron.Both were very professional and the work was finished sooner than I expected.Mess was minimal and area clean when they left. Overall I felt service was great .I will definitely call this company again...Thank you Damien and Aaron.

The customer service department and Micheal Koenig the plumber were all very professional. Micheal did a great job in fixing our shower problem and he came on time. I truly recommend rooter hero. Fast, reliable, professional, and great service!

I had three different plumbers out to my house. Actually, first I called the builder because out toilets kept backing up. The builder kept blaming us, claiming we were flushing things that shouldn't be flushed. Then we had two plumbing companies out. The first two said we had a dip in our sewer line that runs down our driveway. They said the dip was causing sewage to flow backwards. They said they needed to remove about 40' or sewer line in the middle of our driveway and replace with a new line. Cost was estimated at $12-$15,000 plus repair of our driveway. Rooter Hero came out next. They ran camera in our lines and showed me that the line was fine, that the problem was where the sewer line came out of the house. The original builder had put a reducer at that point, which was causing a back up. The still had to dig up the line at the house (about 4'x4' opening). They fixed the connection. It was almost 2 days work for tow men. They put everything back the way it was before. Two months later and not one backup. Thank you Rooter Hero. Your crew was really great. M.D.

Gelacio was our technician. He was on time, very responsive and personable! He made me very comfortable with my decision and got the job done in a timely manner. Of course there were a few obstacles (not having to do with the service), but Gelacio remained very patient with me throughout. David was extremely professional and helpful. He was COVID-19 Safe and respected all our living space while working cleanly on an otherwise messy breakdown. David educated me on what he’s going to fix, how he’s going to fix it and why he is using the tools/process he needs to. No games and No “let me look at it first fees”. Jeremy was awesome! We had to call a plumbing service as all our DIY attempts failed. I called Rooter Hero at noon and someone was out to us within the hour. The problem is fixed and the price was reasonable. I definitely trust this company and will be calling Jeremy again if any problem comes up in the future. Highly recommend them!

Rooter Hero is and will always be our go to for plumbing needs in our house. Always reliable, there work is first rate and their associates friendly and informative. We actually had another issue we contacted Rooter Hero within the hour their associate named Gus was at our door. Located the problem, told us he can fix this within a couple of hours problem solved. Excellent customer service provided by Gus and we are so thankful for him and Rooter Hero.
