Jesse 8292 was wonderful, knowledgeable and very quick. He even engaged with my son and answered his little questions :) he went over and above to look at all my issues. Thank u so much.

I'm sure Rooter Hero is a good company looking at the reviews. But there are some people who try and take advantage that work for the company. I called them to come out because of a plumbing issue in both toilets. So they took their camera on the roof to look and went to the backyard. So breifly I was told that they had to excavate break up the concrete to fix the problem. It was going to cost $5000! and I could finance the job. They were trying to get me to sign for the job right then. Which I didn't. I call another company they came out and fixed it for $289. All they did was run a snake through a port hole in the bathroom. So ladies be careful when you need work down always get a second opinion if the price is outrageous.

Still pending- the technician (Chris) was very friendly and professional. Arrived timely and made exhaustive efforts to determine and repair the problem.

I had a leak in my front yard and didn’t know where it was coming from. The serviceman came to my house and discovered that I had a leak on my water line. He was able to dig down and replace the section that was bad. They showed up on the time they said and was in and out before I knew it.

We called them to unclog our only bathroom sink and shower. The plumber arrived at 8pm which was extremely late. We were desperate because my 13 year old daughter was under going chemotherapy and hot showers was the only thing that would help with the aches and pain. The plumber took apart our pipes and said it was going to be $1,700 to unclog the drains. He said he would be back the next morning early about 9am. He showed up 5 hours late and couldn’t fix the clog. He said he had to bring his manager the next day to help him fix everything. Day 3 without a fully working bathroom and the plumber arrived on time with Byron Franco, Quality Control Manager”. Byron was a pushy sales person who said it would be $3,800 to fix the clogged sink and drain. At this point I have a daughter who’s not feeling well and we only have one bathroom. Then the work is complete and I ask the plumber to see pictures of the pipes he said he replaced and he said he forgot to take pictures. Then I checked the sink and shower and the drains were still slowly draining and when the water ran it would clog again. I advised the plumber again and he said Byron said if we want it fully fixed it’s going to be $8,500. I wanted to cry and I knew I was scammed. A couple of days later I noticed the plumber was sitting in front of my house and I asked him what he was doing and he said he was waiting for the city inspector. I asked him why he didn’t notify me and he said the inspector doesn’t need to see the work and that he was going to show him the pictures of the work he did. I asked him, what pictures? The plumber had told me he forgot to take pictures of the work he did. It confirmed I was scammed out of $3,800. Our family could have used this money to pay for our daughters medical bills. The worst part is that they knew our situation and they still scammed us. The work was not completed correctly, we still have clogged drains, and we’re out $3,800. Please don’t use this company. I just finished a complaint with the BBB and posted on other platforms our story. Please stay away from this company.

I could not be happier with Rooter Hero. Called them on a Sunday morning and Elliott arrived 15 minutes later. Diagnosed the problem quickly and completed repair in a timely manner for an extremely reasonable price. I was so impressed with this company I called them back and Elliott is going to my mother's house for some repairs she needs. It's so refreshing to find a company thats honest and trustworthy. Rooter Hero and hopefully Elliott will be my lifelong plumbing company!

Rooter Hero from Montclair are the Best! They are honest, professional, have great prices, and are so nice! I've been using them for years. They are open on the weekends.

Giovanni Saavedra was very polite, clean and professional. He explained everything he was doing and described the options I had. I honestly expected a sales pitch. He came in put on his shoe booties, gloves and got to work. If or when, I get a plumbing problems again, I'm asking for him. It is Giovanni that earned all five stars. Thank you and be blessed.

Rooter Hero was the best service I’ve had in a long time. Not only did they come out on a Sunday but they finished the repairs needed on a holiday. Everyone was very nice, polite & personable. They did they’re very best to take the stress off me. Big thank you to Kaileb our plumber/technician & his supervisor.

Exceptional customer service and prompt response. My son’s bathroom sink was clogged with black stuff coming out. Within an hour of my call David was at the door. He was very professional, efficient and clean with his work, even though it was a very messy job, he still cleaned everything before he left. He was great! I will definitely reach out to this company again without needing to shop around or try other people. Their fees are very reasonable and their service was great.
