My plumber has excellent skills in serving the public. I myself am in the business of serving others as I am a registered nurse. Just like I provide professional cutesy to those I serve so did Carlos and his approach to my plumbing problem. Thank you young man.

We had issues with our toilet not clearing and in June Rooter Hero let us know that something was up. Fortunately, they cleared the drain then and when it happened again in October we were prepared. Jeremy was great, listened to what we had heard from the last plumber out and took care of replacing the toilet and fixing up something in the pipe. He was done quickly, and let us know the bigger concern for the house’s plumbing and what could be an issue down the line! We really appreciate the transparency, and the great quality work!

Stay far away from this company!!! They tried to talk my mom into repiping her house. Her house was repiped 7 years ago. They will do their best to scam, upsell and rip you off of your hard earned money. Especially elderly people and ladies beware of this company. I will be going to the BBB With my complaint.
