Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used service Experts for about 10 years. They are prompt and do a good job. Dylan was my technician today and he did an excellent job. Clearly communicated and felt like he did a thorough job.

Youhan and Oscar were prompt, helpful and had my ac running within 30 minutes of their arrival. Very nice, clean and professional with a sense of humor too.

We had a really good experience with them.

Justin was on time, he diagnosed the problem and recommended multiple options including enrolling with them which would be beneficial for the long run to get regular maintenance done for the Hvac unit and at the same time helps save on many one time dispatch, service fees etc.

Justin patiently listened to all our questions and spent all the time needed for the work without rushing anything. Overall very professional !

Service experts came out immediately to fix my furnace! Justin was able to diagnose the issue right away and restore my heating! He was punctual polite and does amazing work! Highly recommend to all.

I give 5 stars to Johann and Oscar. They did a great job. I give 2 stars to the scheduling dept as I have had trouble with accurate dates. The service crews are always good though.

Dylan conducted a very thorough annual inspection of my system, and I’m happy to be a member of the Maintenance+ service. He called before he arrived, was respectful of my home, and gave me a comprehensive report on my system’s health. Completely satisfied!

Unfortunately we had to reschedule because SE had to cancel the appointment last month and never called back as they said they would. However we have always had good service and a number of years ago on the hottest day of the summer they came right out and replaced a broken capacitor on our unit.

Dylan was the service technician and did a wonderful job. Called before the visit to let me know when he would be here and he was on time. Even though it was pouring rain, he still did the maintenance needed. He explained things that might need to be done in the future since my equipment is 20+ years old. System is still working great. It was a pleasure meeting Dylan, he was very professional, which is very important these days.

Justin did an exceptional job for us. Truly appreciated his professionalism.
We needed expert help, and he solved the problem caused by an AC drain drain line that was not working.
