I called on Wednesday morning, as soon as I learned from a tenant that their furnace wasn't firing up. The customer service representative, who answered the phone was very welcoming, patient as we looked at service options, and found an appointment for later on Wednesday afternoon. Justin Simsion arrived on time, explained the process and diagnosed the problem, within 30 minutes. He explained that the replacement parts were not in his vehicle, but available in Livermore. He called the Livermore supply house, while I waited and confirmed that he could get them, early the next morning. We agreed to meet between 9:30 and 10, on Thursday. On Thursday morning, he was there, on time, and replaced the known parts. He found that an igniter was also defective, informed me, and went to an Oakland supplier to get that part. When he returned, he installed the igniter, and fired the furnace up. He tested it, for a reasonable amount of time and we are completely satisfied with the job. The tenant has heat. Justin was outstanding; the best in every way, from start to finish. We'd ask for him, if and when we have another HVAC problem.

Both of the young men were very pleasant and professional Dylan informed us of the performance of our system while z replaced the filter thank you very much 😀

Dylan has done a great job everytime he comes and always makes good reommendation. He checks all needed and required components.
