I called Friday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for later that day I was given a 4-Hour window and the gentleman that came was there within an hour of the beginning of my window he took a look at my wall heater made some fixes that didn't require what I thought would be a very expensive fix and then also educated me about heater safety and where to place carbon monoxide monitors it was a wonderful experience overall I felt really good and like I was in safe hands with this company
