Capistrano Air

I rarely do this sort of thing, but I have to write an impassioned recommendation for Capistrano Air.

My heat went out on Monday morning, and I had a tough time finding a company that was available even to look at the system. Enter Capistrano Air, which arrived within the hour. They diagnosed the problem, express-ordered a part, installed it, and made sure the system was up and running today before taking any payment —even for the original consult. They were forthcoming about price, communicative during the shipping process, and arrived to install when they said they would. The technician gave me his personal cell in case anything goes awry off-hours.

Their prices were cheaper than I expected (roughly $95 for the original diagnostic; other places were well over $100), and the service was prompt, professional, and sensitive to the relative urgency of my situation. (Yes, it’s Southern California, but don’t come at me: my indoors hovered around 59° all week.)

Capistrano Air is a class act! Zack was incredibly responsive, professional, and reasonable. He explained our options and understood our needs. The installation team was fast, efficient, and very clean. This business is excellent and should be seriously considered if you are planning on HVAC work for your home.

Jorge was the best! Diagnosed problem and quickly replaced part. Was so impressed signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. Highly recommend Capistrano Air.

This is our new go-to company. They were very professional, wore masks the whole time, were fast, honest, and it was affordable. We needed to replace our fan's motor, they got it replaced in two days and the actual service call was about an hour. These guys are great, highly recommend.

I called later in the day and they were able to send a technician out the next morning. George was wonderful! He called before he came and when he arrived to be sure I was expecting him. He was friendly and genuinely honest. He was very upfront about everything and explained everything in detail. I felt the service was reasonably priced and within an hour George had cold air circulating through my home again. George was also very safe. He wore a mask and put booties on. I loved my experience!

Great company and great experience. Patrick came and explained everything thoroughly. He emailed several options, all competitively priced. He readily tweaked one of the options so it matched exactly what I wanted. Mike and his helper did an excellent job on the installation and explained how everything worked when they were done. I am very happy with the equipment and entire purchasing process. I wish more home repair/improvement purchases were as easy.

Capistrano Air was excellent from the minute I called them to the end of installation! Easy to work with, family owned (which was very important to me) and reasonably priced. They worked hard all day and kept me updated. I’m a nurse and they even gave me a frontliner discount which was so appreciated! Trust me I went through many estimates for about a year and I finally found the company I could trust!!

Capistrano air was able to come out in one day, during the summer! The technician George, was so helpful, very deliberate in checking everything. He fixed our ac super fast and all at a great price. We've taped their card to our AC unit to make sure we use them in the future. Highly recommend!

The manager Matt was very courteous and knowledgeable. He knew what I needed based on our phone discussion and dispatched an experienced technician, Jorge, who did an incredible job in a timely manner. I had a good feeling of confidence from the very beginning all the way to the end of the job! These guys are professional and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you!

Very great service. Guys were professional, gave me a great price, and the guys who installed the system were respectful and very helpful. Usually don't leave reviews, but they made this whole thing very easy.
