Capistrano Air

It has been 12 years since we had our new furnace and air conditioning installed. We needed to have a sediment trap installed per directions from a home maintenance inspector. The GOOGLE reviews helped me decide who to call to have a routine inspection and sediment trap put in. I spoke with Matt to schedule an appointment. Today, Jorge came out to do the inspection. With the pandemic. Jorge showed up with a mask and booties. Jorge explained what he found in a clear and concise manner. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them so I could understand. I wanted more coolant and he said that I did not need any because there were no leaks in our system. This process was so easy. Payment was done electronically and the spot. I will be calling Capistrano Air next year for the service as well. I highly recommend this company!

The Capistrano Air technician who came to our hole was excellent! He was personable, explained what we needed and performed the service for a fair price.

The owner was also very helpful and shared ideas on the repairs.

A Realtor friend referred us to Capistrano Air, based on her long relationship with them related to her business. We just needed our system checked since it is 13 years old and probably never been serviced. We received next day service and were very pleased with George, the tech who checked out our system and thankfully found it to be in good shape. Matt was very helpful in getting everything scheduled and set up for me. I had two smart thermostats installed and my HVAC system checked out. Jorge was amazing and went above and beyond he changed out my air filters for me as well. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

I received excellent service from the entire team, Matt, Patrick, Zach and Luis. After getting the run around from another company, I contacted Capistrano Air and Matt setup an appointment. On Friday late afternoon Patrick came over and diagnosed the problem and Monday at noon Zach and Luis were at my house installing a new air conditioner. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever done business with. I highly recommend Capistrano Air.

They did not push a full system replacement. They offered me 3 different ways to move forward. I selected the option best for me after considering their council. The repair was done quickly and our system is back online. Very happy, will be back for future work, and will recommend to others.
