Capistrano Air

We retained Capo Air to install a new furnace and AC Unit. They were incredibly helpful in selecting the right unit and responded very quickly to questions. They installed the unit when they committed to do so, did a fantastic job and even removed some asbestos without additional charges. All of that at a cost somewhat lower than others we contacted. They are absolutely fantastic in all respects.

This company is ethical, well-managed, and a close-nit team. They do NOT sell on commission. All of the team is paid by the company rather than earning commissions from sales.

Pat was on time and very professional. He checked and serviced our unit and gave us an honest assessment. Did not try to up sell us and gave us good advice for his to love forward. So glad we called Capistrano.

Jorge was awesome. He came on Black Friday, ordered a part (it's an old system) and had it installed and running on Tuesday. He was very nice and went beyond what was required. And he didn't try to sell me a new system. I have already recommended them to friends.

Thanks to Pat and the entire staff for yet another excellent experience. Don’t try any other Heater/AC company. Capistrano Air is THE BEST.

Had Capistrano Air come out and install my new heating & air conditioning system and i could not be happier. The new system works and looks great. Their entire team was very professional and their prices were more than fair. Highly recommend them.

The tech showed up at the time he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly had the parts with him and fixed it for a fair price no bs included. I am a plumber and have been running service calls for years and there service is good will definitely use them again and recommend them to my customers.

I would recommend a hundred times over. Responded quickly when I needed a fix to close escrow. Saw what I needed and went about fixing the problem without hesitation, no estimating delay. Went right out to get parts from the nearest hardware store that were not on the truck. Explained what he would do and showed me the work when it was done. Thanks a hundred times too.

My AC was not cooling down the house. Capistrano Air came out and diagnosed a leak in my Evaporator Coil. Joseph and Hector came out, removed the defective part and replaced it with a new one, a very complex job due to the location of the HVAC. They were a great team and I really appreciated that they were so patient answering my questions and explaining the system. Great job, Capistrano Air!

Van arrived promptly. He asked a few questions to figure out why I was not getting cold air upstairs. He started looking at the smaller possibilities and he zeroed in on what failed. He replaced both parts and was gone in an hour. My house is finally getting cooler on a 95 degree day! I will definitely use Capistrano Air again and will most definitely recommend this company!
