Had a heater problem. Called Capo Air and they sent out Van and Jorge. They were knowledgable and professional and friendly. Had my problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. The bill was very reasonable and one of them threw the ball for my Border Collie while the other was writing the invoice. Definitely would use Capistrano Air again and my dog likes them.

We utilized for the first time this company for the annual service and an overall evaluation of the status of the A/C and Heating units. We very much appreciated George's responsiveness, punctuality, and his honest and professional explanation and answers to all our questions. Michael was personable, knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs with ac unit. He provided multiple options including a suggestion for preparations for possible trouble areas. He repaired quickly and before we knew it, he was done. Appreciate the help. This is a start to a new relationship throughout our years in Laguna hills.

The technician from Capistrano Air was able to find the issue with the furnace fairly quickly. Turned out to be a wire short which he fixed and the cost was only for the service call. Also appreciated the phone call to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes.

Finally found an A/C company I trust! Van was extremely professional, arrived on time, did a thorough investigation of all three commercial A/C units, made only the necessary repairs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Will definitely use them again in the future.

awesome service very reasonable. My very old heater died in the middle of a major storm. Van came out the day after I called he fixed it and serviced it. Very friendly, extremely competent, and professional service. Could not be happier
