I can’t tell you just how much I appreciate their service. Our heater died in very cold weather and we were freezing in our home. Not only did they send a service person out the next day, they found the part under warranty and had it installed the following day. This is the service that you want to have when you’ve got a big problem and I will always use them in the future. My heartfelt thanks to Matt and Jorge for your kindness towards my family.

Repairman was able to fix two of my air-conditioning units. He was fast and efficient. The price was fair and did not do unnecessary repairs. My husband told me to make sure I save their number in a safe place.☺️

Van came to our house and figured out quickly what our service problem was. He was very professional and explained what he needed to fix and gave us the price within minutes of being here. He did not try to sell us anything else, and ran the system to make sure that we were happy with the results. Highly recommend using Capistrano Air.

The ancient heading system I inherited in my condo died shortly before Christmas. Zack and his team managed to get a new air handler and heating strips installed within days! I am super impressed.

Very caring and courteous interaction with Matt and excellent service from Jorge. When both of my A/C drains were clogged and started to overflow through my ceiling, Matt send Jorge out the same day. Jorge went above and beyond to assure that the drains were cleared and the problem would not recur. Thank you so much for the excellent service at such a reasonable cost.

Capistrano Air has A+++ customer service! There was a scheduling snafu and they absolutely made it right. They did my HVAC maintenance free of charge to make up for it! I am a customer for life and would recommend them not just for that but for their integrity. They are honest and do not try to sell you things/services that you don't need - this is rare in my experience. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians as well. Thank you!

Patrick Scott and his installers, Mike and Hector, were outstanding. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave great advice without any high pressure sales tactics. Mike and Hector worked almost nonstop in the heat and took great pains to protect our hardwood floors and new carpeting. They were polite, arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards.
We're pleased with our new heating and a/c unit and would highly recommend Capistrano Air.

I rarely write reviews, but these guys more than deserve it. I discovered a potential disaster with our AC early in the morning. I called at 08:30, the most pleasant and funny Mr Van was at my house by 09:30, found the issue as a faulty fan motor within 5 minutes, and had the replacement found, delivered, installed and running by 14:30. Talk about fast, cost efficient (he saved me a lot of money,) and extremely honest and flexible attitude. My new Go To company for any AC/HVAC related issue. Thanks to the whole team!
