Liars, unprofessional, rude and don't fix what you ask them to fix. Very unsatisfied. The technician was rude and we told him the upstairs AC unit wasn't working but for some reason he chose to fix the downstairs unit which was working perfectly. We got charged $390 for a perfectly working unit which we didn't want fixed in the first place. At this point not knowing what had happened I called in to tell them that the repairs that they did haven't changed anything. This is when they tell me that they fixed the downstairs unit and it would be another $80 charge to come out to look at the other one. We requested the same technician and when we asked why he fixed the wrong unit he straight up lied to our face and said he was asked to fix the downstairs unit by us. When I called him up on his lying he told me that they didn't install the AC units and he isn't gonna look at it. All in all very bad experience.

Repair Technician Sue was knowledge and above all, honest. He was able to identify the actual problem and fix it more quickly and efficiently then I was originally quoted. Saved at least $350 thanks to his dedication to his trade!

AC was making a funny noise, Yia came out and helped assess the situation, and laid out my options. He was helpful and courteous. While I will likely need a new AC unit in the next few years - he helped me make informed decisions. With the company's 90 day visit window policy - I have assurance that if i have problems in the next few months I can call them back out to reevaluate the system with no extra service charge. Though i didn't have to buy a full AC unit this time - Yia's help affirmed that when that time comes, i will buy from DPD AC.

Wow! First company I have delt with in a long time that didn’t blow smoke and try to up sell. Sonny came out after another company gave me a really “flashy” presentation and not only was he professional, he was thorough, to the point, and tried to educate me on making a good decision vs sell. I didn’t think a company like this still existed. Not only did he show honesty and transparency but, he was 3k cheaper for higher seer name brand equipment.

When Marco the install guy showed up, same experience! Marco and his helper were very professional, curtious, and made sure I understood the process and function of the new thermostat.

I cannot say enough great things about the whole crew and experience. Buying an air conditioner isn’t fun or cheap it’s an investment! Don’t fall for the flashy sales guy with every “incentive” under the sun. Call these guys and get the best crew and price without wasting you time.

They were by far one of the lowest prices with the most knowledgeable and professional sales reps. He made us feel at ease in all of our decisions. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He did not try to upsell us. We got a number of quotes and all of them told us different things we "needed". When I asked John our sales rep about these "needs" he put the answers in logical, simple to understand terms. He eased my wife's worries and in the end, that's all that really matters lol.

As far as the install, it couldn't have gone more seamlessly. The guys were very friendly and professional. They were here when they said they would be, and they were finished when they said they would be. The install went flawlessly. The only thing that happened was they accidentally cracked the cover to the attic entry. The next day they had a guy out here to patch it up before they even left the site.

I would recommend Donald P Dick to any and everyone who needs a new HVAC system. And I would make sure to tell them to ask for John Calendri! 5 stars is not enough!

I've been doing business with Donald P Dick close to 20 years and have always had prompt and quality service. Adrian replaced a fan motor and capacitor on my 20 year old Lenox unit. I appreciated his recommendation based on the motor load test to avoid further problems

About a week after this repair I had another issue completely unrelated to the previous work completed. It turned out to be a burnt power supply wire which the the service technician was able to repair and get us up and running within 24 hours at NO Charge. DPD your awesome. Thanks

Donald P. Dick has been providing outstanding maintenance service on my home air conditioning and heating systems for over 30 years. Dave Davolt has been the sole maintenance technician during most of this period. He is truly exceptional and most knowledgeable! Truly five-star service!

Great price and service on my new hvac unit. Half the price of Lee's and didn't try and upsell me things I didn't need. Service techs had my unit in within 6 hours and connected to the new ducting. Beto was great to work with. 6/5 stars
