Roy serviced my HVAC. He did both furnace and compressor. My air is now warm and comfy esp in early AM and also I am ready for the coming hot summer. He replaced the failing capacitor and washed the compressor. Arrived on time and very courteous and wears mask and shoe cover for the whole visit.

They have always been responsible, prompt, honest and efficient. We have had their service plan for years - they service our AC in the summer and heater in the fall - never have a problem with our units - yearly cleaning and maintenance is the key! Don't wait until you have no heat or AC!! ---They are the best!

Although it took 5 times to resolve my problem, I was pleased with the promptness, courtesy and professionalism with which it was handled. In particular, I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Eric Marturana. His diagnostic skills are unparalleled. His knowledge of the system was impeccable but also he went out of his way to verify the system was functioning 100% before leaving and also looked for any other issues beyond the current zoning control problem. Let's not forget Eric's friendliness and customer relationship skills. He showed that he genuinely cared about the customer and was really down to earth.

My A/C system was not cooling, so I called Mr. Cool to diagnose & repair. I had three components that were "shot". They diagnosed & subsequently replaced those components and we're up and running ! Great technicians!

Jim is the best Repair technician for my 8 year old Aerocool Downdraft Cooler. He is very knowledgeable and competent. I like him enough to request his services for the last few years.

These guys are awesome. Our salesman, Dave, was out at our place bright and early the morning after I called to get measurements and answer any questions I had. Within a week we had Freddy T. And Miko come out to install our new unit. They had it up in no time and inspection passed no problem. Very knowledgeable, friendly and proffessional staff. Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning was HIGHLY recommended to me by many friends. I returned from vacation this week and my A/C was out. I emailed and scheduled a yearly maintenance plan and service call and was contacted within hours. 36-year employee, Technician Jim came out and repaired my unit and gave me some great tips about filters :-) Excellent experience and I can not recommend them high enough (I wish there were TEN STARS)

Joe was my service tech today. He was super friendly, smiled a lot, and easy going. He let me know what the issue was and described to me everything. He was quick, but patient and helpful. He made me feel like he was really there to help! Thanks Joe!
