My friends had a problem with their heater, this company inspected it and said it would be fixed in 3 days they have to get a new part, Well 13 days later no call and no heater. They were expecting guests for the holidays and had to relocate their party and guest.. very inconvenient!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When my friend called THEM to check on the part they hung up on him. Of course they went somewhere else and it was fixed the next day.
I am having a problem with my heater now and I would rather freeze then call this company.

Manuel is always punctual. pleasant, efficient, and technically excellent. He has helped me for several years and I hope for many more.

Update after a few weeks same problem call back and staff wanted to play stupid and give me the run around if you want to have your problem fixed correctly and deal with a professional company then it sure isn’t this one
