Waited 365 days to leave review. Called Lee's first and their diagnosis: my unit was too old to repair. Needed a new unit with a rough estimate of 4500 but needed a sales person to get the exact quote. Called DPD and they offered to get it going that day with a 500 generic part that may not last or the exact part that would take a few days for 750. Went the 750 route and we're still working.

DPD is the best. Their front office staff and service technicians are fantastic. Tony just came out and did some repair work. Tony was on time, professional, and very personable. Well done DPD & Tony!

Jose is great. He takes his time to go over our AC system, asked if there any issues with it, what's covered, and is knowledgeable.

All the employees from the dispatcher to the service tech Mike were top notch! We really appreciate when people take so much pride in their work!

They installed a new Lennox packaged unit in December. It replaced a 20 year old Lennox unit that they installed in 2002. John Calandri gave me a good price. He gave me a generous discount for being a senior and a longtime customer. I have them service my units twice a year. Their technicians are always knowlegible, friendly, and on time. I've never had a problem with them. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you may have.

techs arrived 8:45 AM Monday. Blower motor replaced under warranty. Both techs were pleasant & efficient. Extremely pleased with D.P.D.'s service.

Paul did a thorough inspection and communicated clearly about HVACs in a way that I could understand. He spent a great deal of time insuring that my HVAC was throughly examined and serviced.

About ten years ago I bought a new AC unit from these people. They gave me a great deal on the unit. When it was installed I noticed a small dent on a panel. I complained and without any fuss they replaced the panel. They have been good with their word and service. These people are so professional and diligent with their work. These people have NEVER failed me in any way in the 10 plus years I’ve done business with them. I totally recommend them to anyone. They are a totally legit business.

It was certainly a pleasure doing business with Mr. Cool when it was time to purchase a new A/C unit, and a Whole House Fan. Installation went so smooth and their Service Dept. is also great. Doing a yearly maintenance check with their Service Dept. is top notch. They call to schedule an appointment and their service department arrived just as scheduled. Yia Yang was our serviceman along with 'Jose', they were very courteous and professional and he did a through job of our yearly summer service and testing our A/C, provided a new filter. Yia diagnosed an electrical problem on our Whole House Fan switch and made the necessary repair to fix it.
I can relax knowing I'm in good hands with "Mr. Cool". I'm very glad I chose them to purchase my Heating & Air Conditioning and Whole House Fan and provide yearly maintenance to maintain our systems.
