Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning

I always ask for Manuel. On time, professional, personable, clean. Been using for twice yearly, AC and heater service/ maintenance if needed on each unit, for past 3-4 years. BEFORE a breakdown!

I had a nice experience with Cisco the technician who examined my problem and listened to my concerns to design a system that will be perfect to accommodate my disability needs.
Once again, a very nice experience.

These guys are excellent!! No fuss heavily reliable company that will surely take care of your needs. They keep our A/C and heater maintained year round. Also, they perform our tankless water heater flush. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company. 👍🏼

Amazing company!! First off John was great! He said he was going to take care of us, and that’s exactly what he did. He made this process easy and stress-free.. Second Freddy and Jacob were awesome!! They were super polite and respectful to my child, myself, and my belongings. Sometimes things like this can be a nightmare, but with this company and their employees it was a very easy process. I had duck work done, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. It was done in a very timely manner, and they accommodated my work schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC service. Thank you for hiring honest employees, as it makes this kind of process easier..

Ben did a great job today when he came out to service our heating/cooling unit.

Our air conditioner went out all of a sudden and the next day they came and fixed it Joel was professional and friendly even had a conversation with my husband awesome guy! Thank you guys for responding quick with service! 😁👍

One of our A/C units wasn't cooling properly, so we called the company that installed it when our house was built. After 3 visits, it was clear they weren't going to get the job done, so after some research, we called Mr. Cool. The tech spent quite a bit of time here troubleshooting. He got it going, but it didn't solve the problem & he had told me to call back if it still wasn't right. He was very thorough and persistent in his work and was very personable. I highly recommend Donald P. Dick HVAC!
Update: 9/5/19
Since the first visit didn't quite solve our problem, we called back and two techs came today. Adrian and another fellow. The problem got solved and another discovered on our other unit, which was also fixed while they were here. Thank you Mr. Cool, you're earned my continuing business!

My husband and I recently moved into our new home a few months ago and decided that we wanted to get solar and a new air conditioner unit. We called Donald P. Dick and asked them to come out for a quote. David Dick came out to see what we had and what would be the best new unit for our home and usage. We received the quote the next morning and was given a great price. Our solar unit was installed within ONE day and it was up and running within 7 days! It was amazing... The guys were respectful of our property, everything was done clean and looks GREAT!
Our AC unit was installed within a few days of receiving the quote. The unit was installed with in a day and a half which was wonderful. Our sons room was always the hottest room in the home and for the first time in months he slept in a cool room.
We are VERY happy with Donald P. Dick and their service. They have great customer service and are always prompt with returning calls and emails.
I would definitively recommend them to anyone who needs solar, a new ac unit or just basic repairs to be done.
