Manual with Donald P Dick Fresno came to complete our winter service inspection in our home. Manual was on time and has great customer service. He put on the booties before entering our home, I have wood floors so I really appreciated this. Manual explained everything that he was doing, changed the batteries in our thermostat device, replaced the filter and did the inspection with a smile. Great company great service... why use anyone else!!!!

The DPD technician arrived at our house this morning and worked straight through without a break reconfiguring our A/C unit so that it forces more cool air into the front bedroom. Yia was very efficient, professional and cleaned everything up before he left. He even vacuumed the floor. This is the second time he's been to our home and we highly recommend Yia's services.

My appointment was not until the following week because of their busy schedule but the lady in the reception department called later that she could squeeze me the same day I made my appointment (on her own initiative) which I gladly accepted. Adrian arrived
promptly, asked me a few questions and went right to fixing my a.c. problem and

Couldn't be happier. They even came out to the house to look for something that could be causing our out of site summer usage totals before sizing our system. I live in Tulare and we were looking for solar. We decided that we wanted to go with a stable company that does something else besides solar. You know when all of this solar stuff drys up and these solar companies disappear. So we get a quote from another company and then Donald P. Dick. We had John come out and give me a no hassle quote. He left and called me back in a few weeks just to see If I was still interested. It was like talking to a friend. We had a few family emergencies and I kind of forgot about it. The quote I got from John was straight forward. I compared the two quotes and John had them beat by $8,000. At that point I was sold. There was no long presentation or some scare tactic about the cost of energy. I signed the papers and we were off. They ordered my panels and called when they got the permit. Came out the first day and they guys were super nice and clean workers. No messes around the house. They installed the railings and came back the second day to install the panels and were done by 2 pm. I totally recommend these guys for any service they provide. We are talking about having them service our AC and furnace in our house because they are so easy to work with.
