PR Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and gave a fair price. Another local AC company said we needed to replace our condenser. PR identified the same leak and repaired it for literally one tenth the cost we were quoted by the other company.

Called and spoke to Libby, the friendliest and nicest lady. She promptly got me on schedule for the same day with a John who gave me options and pricing. I chose and he had Libby schedule the work the same day between 1-3:00. I got a call later from Libby asking if I’d like them to come earlier. I said yes, asap. She told me a Codie and Eric would be coming and I’d like them a lot. Codie called me shortly and said he’d be here in about 10 minutes. Libby called me when they arrived. I met them as they got out of the PR identifiable Van. Codie and Eric got out, introduced themselves and took a look at where they’d be working. Within minutes they began working Job was completed and they cleaned up afterwards. Needless to say, I am quite pleased and that’s why I’ve now used them twice. Talk about service! They all went above and beyond for me. I wish I could give them 100 stars. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Just the best ever! I’ve been a homeowner for nearly 40 years. I’ve been through LOTS of plumbers and air companies. You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone better, within a reasonable price point, on time, courteous, AND responsive!!!!! So many times a company or individual will drop you……not PR…..they will find the problem and FIX it right!

They always send the right employee to fix the problem. I own rental properties and I am always pleased with HVAC services performed and I am always pleased with plumbing services performed. Reasonably priced for our local area.

We have used PR Plumbing for our HVAC needs for years and have been very pleased with their service & professionalism. Their service reps are always courteous and clear about the services that were performed. I have been acquainted with PR Plumbing for two decades and have found them to be consistently trustworthy.

Today is 5-23-23. PR Plumbing was hired again & they were here today. Installed a new water heater. They also had to replace old drainpipe in garage (been there since 1959) as overflowing and causing major problems for us. The employees are always so thorough and knowledgeable and do outstanding work. They are also very nice and respectful. If you need any type of plumbing,etc done you can’t go wrong with PR Plumbing. If I need any more done I will only hire them. Five star rating from Barbara Davidson!!!
