Found this company years ago, and so glad we did! Ray and his crew are always on-time, courteous and we’ve always been given options... never told what we HAVE to do. AC/HEATER are obviously SUPER important here in the Central Valley, and we will never call another company. I legit trust these guys!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Armando who came to the house and did some plumbing repairs.

He made sure we understood everything, and he is extremely knowledgeable.

We will be using Controlled Climates exclusively from now on.

We had not had our air condition unit serviced in almost four years so we called Controlled Climates Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They came out when scheduled and serviced our unit in about one hour. The fee, which we agreed to in advance was reasonable. We will use them again.

Very efficient and most of all honest. Really appreciated that the most. Very rare in companies these days. Will call on again. Highly recommend this company!!

Excellent company. Staff and technicians are courteous and total professionals. Our service call was quickly scheduled, as was a followup visit to fine tune the blow motor speed. Appointments are confirmed at the outset, the day before and when the technicians are on their way, by text message and email. Great service!! Katelyn, Ray and Dallas were so helpful and kind! This was my second time using them and I highly recommend. They came fast and explained all the information very well. 5 stars!!

Controlled climates actually answered the phone during the busy season. They were more inexpensive than the people on the radio. The technician was more through in his inspection of my system compared to the guys on the radio. I would use them again!

Definitely will use them as my air conditioning company

Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit failed us a week ago when temperatures were expected to reach 110+ degrees. Fortunately, after calling on repair companies that were booked out to the following week, Controlled Climates Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. just happened to have a cancellation for that morning, repairing our unit within a few minutes. And better yet, charged us for an unbelievably reasonable price. We're cool with that! Thank you, Controlled Climates!
