    We had our thermostat go out and needed it replaced. We called PMSI, and had someone out the next day to look at it. They gave us a quote for a digital one to work with our Carrier unit which was a pretty good price compared to what we would have paid elsewhere. The technician was friendly, he took the time to answer all my questions. Had it installed pretty quickly and took the time to explain how to operate it. I love it! We've had the thermostat a year now and our unit works fine as it should. I would definitely call them again!

    PMSI did a repair on my home air conditioning unit. There was no estimate. There was no itemized list of costs. The bill was over $500, and I was told I would receive a receipt by email. I received the receipt but no breakdown of the costs. I called the company and asked for a breakdown. The parts charge was $244. An electronics tech myself, I was suspicious of the cost of the parts, which were basic items, so I did some research. I found that they had charged me four times the retail cost of the parts. When I called the company and respectfully asked to talk about the parts charge, they said they'd get back to me. A few days later I received a letter telling me thy were severing our business relationship (as if we had a business relationship.) Their lack of candor leads me to believe they always grossly overcharge for parts and complaints are routinely handled by a non-responsive letter such as I received. I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

    I want to thank PMSI for their great service they have provided for me. I have called them twice, once for heating and the other for cooling. They were prompt and very professional. Not only did they repair my unit they pointed out some other issues that I was not even aware of concerning the ducts and vents. Repairing an airconditioner is expensive and we all hate when we have to fork out the money but there is satisfaction when the problem is properly diagnosed and fixed. Thank you Roger and your team.

    PMSI services my organization's heating and air. We have an older system in our facility, and Roger and the team have done a great job in servicing and repairing our complex operating system. They are also quick to respond (usually the same day) to our needs. Great company with great customer service. I would highly recommend this organization! Thanks Roger for all you do!

    I blew a fuse (my fault) on my AC unit, and PMSI had a tech out within a few hours and I was back in business! Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and clear. Highly recommended!

    :::::::::PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE:::::::: THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WOULDNT EVEN RATE IT A 1 STAR!!The manager/President (ROGER) of the Company is rude!! He called me a idiot while he was handing the phone back to AMBER. What kind of a manager talks to customers like that??? IF THE MANAGER OF THIS PLACE ACTS IN THAT WAY U CAN ONLY TELL BY THE PPL HE MUST EMPLOY HERE!! I WISH I HAD RECORDED HOW THIS WHOLE CONVERSATION PLAYED OUT TO PROVE TO THE PPL THAT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANY !! I HAVE 3 small children and was trying to get me ac fixed cause its 100 degrees outside today and for the rest of the week!!!! My ac was acting up this morning so I called this place cause I have had them fix it before , I spoke to 3 different ppl today and they all had different warranty days for there products!!! The women that answered the phone originally when I first called today said there warranty was 90 days for parts, but told me she would have the dispatcher (AMBER) call me ( "cause she's the one who knows and dispatches the calls")and when she calls she tells me that my capacitor warranty was either 1 year to 5 years just depending on which one I had. She said the labor was not covered that I would at least have to pay 102$ for him to just put that part in. I had this part put in 10 months ago. While talking to her she didn't seem to be able to help with all the questions I had and kept stumbling in what she was telling me so she said she would call me back with answers. She didn't call me back but (ROGER) did. The first thing he says is he's calling me back for AMBER and immediately tells me my part has only 30 day warranty!! I told him everyone I talked to had given me completely different warranty days. And then tells me he had removed me from being a customer since a last service call, which I had heard nothing at all about till today. I mean if that where true I'm sure it would have been flagged or alerted for my acct. But yet if I had complyed with how they wanted to do business I'm sure they would have helped me! BUT INSTEAD THE MANAGER WANTED TO DO WHATEVER HE HAD TO SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO SERVICE SOMETHING THEY DID! I CHOSE THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE MY AC OVER A YEAR AGO CAUSE ROGER SOLD ME WITH HIS WORDS AND I BOUGHT INTO IT!! I'll admit he came off really believable and nice!! That's why I went with them but if there is something they feel they will lose money , then "BUYER BEWARE" I'm sure after this he will try to change up how he's does business!!! He wouldn't even give me proof of them purchasing my capacitor which I payed them for along with there labor 195$ they charged me! They wanted 265$ originally cause once again a employee there told me it would be around 90$ so they brought the price to 195$ for there employees price mistake.
