Third time having this company repair our A/C. Very happy with our experience each time. Starting with the phone call to schedule an appointment, I really appreciate how positive, caring and friendly the receptionist has been.
It’s always nice and refreshing to work with a company that demonstrates a sense of kindness and caring and treats you like a person, not a number. 😌
Dallas, the young man who has come each time, has always been very friendly, courteous and professional. He takes pictures to show us exactly what’s going on, and easily explains everything and gets the job done expediently and efficiently.
All around, we’re very happy with this company and the service that they provide and we are so glad they we found them.

The timing is like clockwork. One truck was taking away my old unit and was only gone for just a few minutes when the truck carrying my new BOSCH unit came rolling up. I can't even hear the new unit it's so quiet. I've only had it for a few days, can't wait to see how it works during the hot days in Fresno, CA.

Serviceman Dallas is well versed in his trade and represents his company with professionalism. His customer interaction of his service leaves on doubt as to his work performance on my system.

On top of all of that, they work hard to get you comfortable again in the least amount of time. They will treat you with respect and friendliness during the entire process.

Excellent service - found major service issue that previous companies had apparently ignored. Could have been an expensive disaster in our extremely hot weather. Will definitely use them for servicing this fall. Highly recommend.

We have been taken care of by Controlled Climates Heating/Cooling before. Appointment was easily set up by Katelyn and Raymond came out at the scheduled time with a text notification letting us know he was en route.
This company is courteous, prompt, and efficient. Raymond spent a good 90 minutes diagnosing the issues with our thermostat, and did some maintenance/performance checks on our AC unit. Throughout the service, he informed me what issues needed be addressed, what to monitor , and made recommendations.
We have used other companies before and my only regret is that we did not find Controlled Climates Heating/Cooling sooner. Each time, they have been thorough, efficient, and continue to give me confidence that we have found the right company to rely on when we have issues with our HVAC unit. They are worth the investment and they take pride in what they do.

Found climate control through some good online reviews, and the reviews didn't lie. Ac unit went out, called and had an appointment the next day. Ray and Dallas came out to diagnose the issue. Very polite and honest on the replacement parts, recommendations, and they're suggestions. Had some complications along the way and the receptionist Katelyn was very helpful and patient with guiding me through the application process through the phone. The whole process took a little less than 2 weeks to complete. Very satisfied and would totally recommend their quality service.
