You will not find a better company for AC repair. Controlled Climates just installed our new unit after years of our old one not working and being sold parts and services we didn’t need from other companies. We spent $3k last year on things that didn’t work. These guys work hard and are so thorough. They are honest and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Ray makes things easy to understand and wants his customers to be happy. Don’t call anyone else. These guys are the best!

Controlled Climates came to our rescue and very promptly was able to determine that it was time to install a new dual-pac. Ray was able to present options, pricing and variables quickly. Installation happened quickly and enabled us to get a nice rebate from manufacturer and govt. I can’t express how thoroughly Ray checked our ducting and airflow after the install, AND he was surprised and very honest in telling us that the results were very good. He didn’t see anything that could require further work.
In all, I highly recommend CONTROLLED CLIMATES for all your needs. I am impressed with their thoroughness and honesty, as well as very fair pricing. I will never go anywhere else for these needs.

Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The tech took time to explain in detail the problem and gave a complete estimate. He even double checked his solution with a senior tech to confirm he was taking the correct action. We were completely satisfied with the results.

Very nice website, used to seeing the menu at the top of the page but not hard to navigate. Have used their services, very professional and repaired our furnace same day when called, would not hesitate to call them again if needed. The price was very reasonable for an emergency call.
