My technician Dallas Woods was very professional and nice and the company was very prompt and honest through the whole process and I definitely recommend their services 👍🏼 5 stars from me .

Called them during a summer holiday and was expecting an answering machine, but instead I was able to talk to a friendly staff member :-) Did some trouble shooting over the phone and was eventually determined that a site visit was needed.

After some time spent in the hot attic, the technician was able to fix our air conditioning problem. And the nice surprise was, he didn't charge us for the visit!

They responded on Friday at 8pm (July 4th Weekend), within 30 minutes of my call. Ray provided step by step explanation of the service and repair, and was finished within an hour! Outstanding service! Highly recommend this company.

I am so thankful for Katelyn and Ray (and Eric). They have been so helpful assisting me with my decision on whether or not to replace my AC unit. Never did I ever feel like they were trying to push me into purchasing a new unit. They took their time to put together different options with and prices for me to decide. They helped me to figure out the cost of repairing compared to purchasing new.
They have been very honest with me and fair. I appreciate that so much. That has not been my experience with other AC companies.

They came to check heater because was told by another company needed new control board but there was nothing wrong with heater. The technician took pictures and showed me everything that he did.

I had them install a ac/heat unit a few years back. They do maintenance on it every 6 months and change my filter. I use autopay. It’s a great service and they are very responsive. Nice family owned company. Will work with them again on my next rental.

Great to work with. They are always on time and if five minutes behind they will call to notify. They cover their work shoes just before walking into the house to keep your floors from being damaged. You get a discount on parts if you sign up for their twice a year maintenance service. I’ve used them at my last house and my current one and have been a satisfied customer.

Excellent service. Fully explained everything and I really felt they made every effort to ensure the problem was fixed on the first time. Replaced the necessary parts then did a full evaluation to make sure everything else was running as it should.
