Controlled Climates

Have been using Controlled Climates for 6 years and am extremely happy with the service they've provided. They've repaired my heating and AC systems a couple of times; and, I have an annual 6-month fall and spring maintenance plan where they inspect and clean my heating and AC units keeping them in operational condition. I highly recommend them for your year-round heating and AC service.

Controlled Climate installed our new AC unit a few years ago and they were exceptional. I signed up for the maintenance plan where they come out in the spring and fall for preventative maintenance. Dallas has been our technician and he is exceptional. Answers all of my questions and give me a detailed brief on work completed. It is so nice to have a company that stands behind their work. Highly recommend them.

We always depend on Dallas (from Controlled Climates) for our twice a year HVAC maintenance. He is very professional, competent, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly and polite. What more could you ask for? And BTW, 2 other neighbors use Dallas for this same maintenance service. He has earned our complete trust and respect!

Awesome company to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done in a timely manner. Had a new HVAC unit installed on our roof and a tankless water heater earlier this year. The installation went great. They also were the best price we found for the system we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Controlled Climates. From the salesman to the office personnel to the technicians, all were a pleasure to work with. And we've been enjoying a nice cool home all summer 😊

Called these folks on a day headed for 100+. They had a tech on my roof within 6 hours of my call. He thoroughly explained my problem and had it resolved in less than an hour. Didn't try to up sell me on a unit more than 25 years old. Extremely happy with the cost. Will definitely call them again, though hopefully not soon.

This business wants me to be happy. We had a new hvac system installed in Oct, wasn't getting 2 of my rooms cool. They came out right away to change the damper direction. Hopefully better air flow. Thanks for everything you do. The owner came out several times, I appreciated his concern for our happiness. Our system is running great

My AC unit was installed in 2017 and didn’t know it needed maintenance (SMH). Got online and started looking for a company that would maintenance my unit and came across Controlled Claimants. The person I spoke to in the office was very kind and got me in quickly. Fermin was my technician and he was on time and explained everything to a T! I would strongly recommend this company based off of my first experience with them.

Very positive experience working with Controlled Climates. My air conditioner stopped working and they were able to send somebody out the same day.
