These guys are great! They always arrive on time (sometimes even early!) so I'm never waiting around for a possible no-show. They work quickly and give me a thorough rundown on my system's status. Couldn't ask for more!

I was referred to Controlled Climates by two friends and their recommendation was on point. I had a fantastic experience and am so glad to be connected with them for this job. I needed a full remodel of my vents/duct system and a brand new A/C unit. So, it was going to be a very expensive job. With that amount of money, I wanted to choose a place where I can have full confidence and trust in their quality, work , fair prices. and that I would be taken care of if there were any issues in the future. Controlled climates exceeded every expectation. Ray, Brandon and their team were very knowledgeable, informative and extremely nice. Listening to them discuss the system was like listening to the guys on big bang theory, except we're talking A/C. They made sure that every detail and every calculation was on point. They made sure I received all the information in full detail and it was up to us to make a decision. They were never pushy and I never felt pressured or obligated to do anything. My calls, texts and emails were also answered right away.

The team worked around the clock in hot environments and was always so pleasant regardless of the horrible temperature conditions. After the job was completed, they continued to check on us to make sure that we were comfortable and if there were any adjustments that needed to be made. Although we felt comfortable, they still changed little things here and there to get as close to perfect as they can. We LOVE our new system and it was worth the investment.

When it came to finance and pricing. Katelyn was who I dealt with. She was super sweet and prompt with responding to all my emails and questions. I would highly recommend controlled climates to all my friends and family. THank you everyone at Controlled Climates!

Ray came out and put it together with his other partner. These wall units are the best to have. I'm very happy with the service that they gave me. They are cool to talk to and they take their time to get the job done right. They came out during the hot weather and worked non stop so that we can get cool air as soon as we can. Had one issue with the wall units but they came as soon as they can and took care of it all. This company really takes pride in what they do and I'm happy that we chose to go through them.

Controlled climate was able to provide me with the information and estimates that I was possibly looking for and provide useful insight on what needed to be fixed. Not only this, but we found a couple ways to make the AC run more efficiently. Lastly, we were able to do a payment plan that allowed us to not have to put down a bunch of money all at once. They have done a great job of communicating with me on sooner appointments as well. I recommend this company to others.

Good people, attention to detail and a commitment to see that you are pleased with your purchase. I gave them opportunities to up sell but they steered me to what I needed. Their honesty and commitment to do right by you so they can have your business for the long run already has me recommending them to several new clients.

Ray was extremely helpful and fabulous. He was very detailed and professional in every way. they responded very quickly and were very informative of everything we needed to do to replace our air conditioning unit.

Controlled climate installed a new swamp cooler for my house. Ray and his partner where awesome. They where on time and worked diligently in the blazing heat until my satisfaction was met. What I liked best about them was that they where kind and loving to my red and white border collie, Jasper. I was very pleased with the staff. The receptionist was super great. Friendly, helpful and patient with me and my needs. Yes, I will definately use this company again for all future needs for my home.

All my questions were answered and I felt informed in the process. Service was timely and efficient. Problems were resolved on the same visit without delay.
