Art Douglas has consistently shown efficiency, professionalism and friendliness, from the moment I make a call to the office, to the time the work is completed. Robert checked the toilet tank and within minutes gave me the cost, got the part needed from his truck and completed the replacement of the fill valve. Art Douglas and their technician Robert, have always been courteous and efficient.

We're TOTALLY satisfied with the superior workmanship of Omar Lopez and David Munoz with Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. They installed a new HVAC unit in our attic, which is accessible only through a small opening in the ceiling of our master bedroom closet. They were very careful in our home and in our closet as they removed the old unit and transported the new unit up into the attic. They even covered a pathway on our recently cleaned carpet and covered the clothing inside our closet before they began their work. And we just had the unit tested today by a young man named David who works for an Art Douglas third-party contractor, and the unit tested out well above average! We're so thankful to have found a trustworthy and competent company that we can confidently call upon to service our heating and air conditioning needs, and we also plan to contact Art Douglas Plumbing for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Thank you to all who were involved for a job well done in the installation of our new HVAC unit!

I am so pleased by the service received by Robert who is a plumber for Art Douglas. I called at 11:30Am for service and Robert arrived slightly after 1:00 PM he pulled and resealed the toilet in about 1/2 hour. He was professional and courteous. Very impressed.

At roughly 4:30 2/14/2022, the driver of the #11 truck from this business was having a merging battle with another vehicle behind me near the intersection of Herndon and Temperance. There was very light traffic so there were no cars behind them or in the incoming lane (thank God). 11 (attempting to merge into the lane that continues) began to honk like crazy and sped to my position in the road, at this point the lane is now one lane. The driver came so close speeding past me that I pulled off to the side to let them pass. Had I not, the driver would have hit me. This kind of reckless driving costs people their lives. Why you'd drive like this in a company truck is beyond me. I understand this was probably an employee but this is a pathetic thing to see. If you contract work from this business be aware of the kind of person that could be working on and in your home. It's never good to do business with people who are reckless, aggressive, willing to endanger others to shave 3 seconds off their driving time, (that's right, I was right behind them when they turned off of Herndon) and childish. I would never let anyone like that anywhere near me or anything I care about.

We just moved into our house and had a couple issues that we had been putting off. After calling around we decided to call Art Douglas because we've seen them all over town. Stewart showed up promptly and was very polite and professional. He laid out several options and helped us decide on the right parts for our toilet, sink and budget. He went right to work and finished the job. Before he left, he double checked everything to make sure he left everything the way it was when he started. They will be our go to from now on. THANKS!

During the service visit, the technician began to cough INSIDE our house. My mom and I felt uncomfortable with this and spent the remainder of his visit outside, then left the house (which we are very hesitant to do because of the pandemic) in order to give it some time to ventilate.
During the visit, we called the company and expressed our discomfort. The representative said that the coughing was simply due to dust and debris in the air— although we had also heard the technician coughing outside. When we stated that we were still uncomfortable, the representative said that we should have rescheduled if we were going to be this concerned. We did not know that the company planned to send someone to cough in our home. Therefore, we did not know that the technician’s behavior would merit rescheduling.
The company did not offer to send another technician to finish the job.
The job was a utility sink installation for our washer. We heard the water being turned on and off while we were still in the house (prior to the coughing inside), but after the appointment, the water is not coming into the washer.
Since then, the company left me a voice message. I did not feel comfortable speaking with the company over the phone, but requested by contact form that they email me. I’m waiting for a response.

I called on a Saturday morning because my AC stopped working. They said that they were booked and scheduled for Tuesday. They called me Saturday early afternoon and said they were able to do the repair today. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and repaired the AC in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend Art Douglas Plumbing & heating to everyone. Don't call anyone else CALL ART DOUGLAS!

We just bout our home and on the day we moved in the sewer backed up into the house. Home Warranty dispatched someone that wouldn’t even answer their phone or return a phone call. Called Art Douglas and they answered the phone, the lady on the other end was very understanding and professional. They sent Jerry out and he got the problem fixed right away, he also installed a Garbage Disposal. I highly recommend this company, call them before anyone else. Oh yes I demanded my service call money back from the home warranty company! Evidently they didn’t think sewage backing up in the house “was an emergency “....
